00:00Hello there. Low pressure never too far away through the rest of this week. It comes in
00:05the form of cloud, rain, strong winds and showers. A little sunshine in the forecast.
00:10A huge overload of low pressure just sitting to the west of the UK. Through Tuesday this
00:14weather front will move from the west towards the east. The winds then ease a little bit
00:19through Tuesday and into Wednesday before more weather systems just wait in the winds
00:25again delivering cloud and rain. But through Monday night it's cold across central and
00:30eastern areas of Scotland, north-east England with a touch of frost before that cloud thickens.
00:35Rain after midnight will arrive across Northern Ireland, clipping western Scotland, pushing
00:40in across Wales as well as the west country. The winds then pick up some strength. A mostly
00:44dry start for Aberdeenshire, some clearer skies for Orkney, even some sunshine rain
00:48just hovering across Shetland. This is the rain which will become persistent for a time
00:53south-west Scotland, northern Ireland, extending towards the north-west of England and some
00:57filaments moving down across the Midlands as well as central southern England. And then
01:01this rain here from the west country towards Wales could turn heavy for a time. So this
01:06whole system moves eastwards through the day. The winds will be fresh, if not strong, and
01:12then some showers to follow across Northern Ireland, eventually moving in across Wales
01:17and the west country. Some brighter skies to end the day here. Hanging on to that wet
01:20weather though, anywhere from northern England, eastern England, northwards and again with
01:24a strong southerly wind. Feeling quite chilly along this eastern side with a cloud after
01:28a cold start. The temperatures in the west holding around 14 Celsius. Here's your outlook
01:33through Tuesday evening. Again, some showery bursts just coming and going. Always a legacy
01:39of clouds and the winds again will pick up through the early hours of Wednesday. First
01:44thing on Wednesday morning then you'll see some showery bits but also some drier weather
01:48before this system moves in. Again, the winds will pick up, we'll see wet and windy conditions
01:54and then showery bursts coming through on Thursday. But Thursday will be a brighter
01:58day with some sunshine before this low pressure system skirts more southern parts of the country.
02:03So all in all, yes, the weather remains fairly mobile. Rain or showers, a little sunshine
02:08but temperatures by Thursday could reach 17 Celsius.
