00:00Hello there, there's plenty of dry and fine weather to come in the new week. For tonight
00:05there are some showers though across parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Northern
00:09England. Gradually as we head into the night those showers will fade away to leave a largely
00:14dry night for most of us with some clear spells. Skies will be a bit cloudier across Scotland
00:18and Northern Ireland with a few outbreaks of light rain. For many with the clear spells
00:23it will be quite chilly tonight with lows of 4 or 5 in the countryside but double figures
00:27for most towns and cities. By Monday morning there will be plenty of sunshine across the
00:32south. As we head towards lunchtime that sunshine will start to disappear as we see a little
00:36bit more cloud bubble up but still lots of sunny spells for parts of the south west.
00:40Across northern parts of the UK it will be a largely cloudy day and we've got some patchy
00:44light rain across parts of northern Scotland but for most places it will be mostly dry.
00:50As we look ahead to Monday evening again a largely dry end to the day, just a few spits
00:54and spots of rain across the hills of Scotland. So dry and fine weather is largely going to
00:59hang on as we head through the new week. There will also be a warming trend as we see warm
01:03air push in from the continent and temperatures could reach highs of 32 in the south on Friday.
01:10Still some uncertainty with the details on those temperatures so do keep up to date with
01:14the latest on our social media and our YouTube pages. I'll see you again soon.
