00:17 I am gonna show you how you can make six pack
00:20 I am going to tell you 3 very effective exercises
00:23 You do your normal ab workout in routine or in incline or floor position
00:28 But here I am going to tell you in a different way
00:31 Which is very very effective
00:33 I will tell you the whole procedure in my YouTube video
00:35 But here I am going to tell you in a glimpse
00:38 3 very effective exercises you can make six pack
00:41 You can see that I am in the bedroom and there is a bed behind me
00:45 And this bed is not a very soft kind of bed
00:49 This is a normal bed and it's surface is not very tight
00:53 It's just a very normal bed
00:55 And usually we keep the bed like this, it's not very soft
00:58 So, how you can work out your abs on your bed
01:01 And you can give a good shape to your abs
01:03 In fact you can actually make six pack
01:06 If you do more repetitions of this
01:08 So, here I am going to tell you 5-7 repetitions
01:11 But if you are making six pack at home
01:13 And usually I get a lot of messages that how to make six pack
01:17 So, this exercise is for you
01:19 So, you all can have great abs
01:21 Especially six pack if you are on your four
01:23 Then you can include this exercise in your ab routine
01:27 Alright, here I am going to tell you that you have to sit here
01:30 You don't have to sit at the back
01:32 But you have to actually sit at the front
01:35 So that your legs will not get any support
01:38 And you have to keep your legs down
01:39 You have to crunch as you normally do
01:42 But in this we are not in a decline position nor in an incline position
01:45 Actually we will sit on the chair
01:48 And we have kept our legs up
01:50 And there is no support of legs
01:52 All the pressure will come only on your abs
01:56 So, here you have to crunch
01:58 You should just go down and normal crunch
02:00 You can do this in starting at least from 20
02:14 Then you can go for 20, 30, 40 and you can go up to 50 actually
02:18 You can do this in intervals also
02:20 Then in the second exercise I am going to tell you that your legs are little bit back
02:24 And again if you want you can keep your legs down
02:27 You can tuck your legs here
02:29 Or you can hold your legs from the top and keep them tight
02:33 In this exercise you have to come up
02:35 So, if you want you can keep your legs down and you have to sit in this position
02:40 And this time when you are crunching you have to lift yourself up
02:45 Right, and you have to keep your hands like this
02:47 So, again
02:49 Well, you can do this in starting at least from 20
03:02 All the pressure is coming on your abs
03:05 Here you are not getting any support from your legs
03:08 All the pressure is coming from your abs
03:10 All the workout is coming from your abs
03:11 And now the workout that you are watching I will tell you
03:14 You do this on the floor actually
03:16 But here we will do it on the bed
03:20 And here you get the advantage of doing this exercise on the bed
03:24 Because when you do it on the floor, you just lift your legs from the floor
03:27 And you lift yourself up
03:28 But here you are actually putting double pressure
03:31 Because you are lifting your legs from the floor and you are lifting your body up
03:36 So, it gives much more effect for your abs workout
03:40 So, you can do this in starting at around 20
03:43 So, all these are my very favorite exercise
03:46 So, you don't have to do much, just do some repetitions and have great abs actually
03:51 So, this exercise usually we have to lift our legs from the floor and up
03:56 This gives lot of good pressure on your lower abs
04:01 While lifting up, you have to lift your legs up
04:06 Slowly slowly
04:11 So, these are exercises which I am showing you now
04:15 Which you have seen till now, it is very effective exercise for your abs workout
04:19 For your lower abs and for your upper abs workout
04:22 So, I am sure you can include this exercise in your daily routine
04:26 And you can see that within few days you can actually see the shape in your abs
