00:36 Yes, with few simple exercise you can have a great attractive body without going to the gym
00:42 without using any kind of equipment, you can workout all these exercise
00:46 anywhere, anytime, watching TV at home or you are cooking
00:51 or you are in the office or you are travelling
00:53 you can workout all these exercise and have a great fit body
00:57 So, let's start and let's begin to watch the proper great shape body
01:02 So, all these exercise you can do at home, we all have some kind of table at home or at office
01:07 or if you are in park you can have those benches in the park
01:13 So, we can have very good hip stretch on those
01:16 So, we start with exercise no-1, what you can do if you are not comfortable with this much height
01:20 you can find something lower than this and if you have one leg over here
