00:39 that you can do 3 more simple exercises, whether you want to do exercise or not.

00:48 And in this video again we have a very simple exercise which you can do anytime & anywhere.
00:52 You can do this while cooking food, you can do this in your office, you can do this while travelling.
00:59 You don't need any equipment, you don't need any kind of product or you don't have to go to the gym.
01:05 You can do this wherever you are.
01:07 So, I am so excited because I can wear my favourite dresses after this exercise.
01:12 So, similarly even you can wear all your favourite dresses.
01:15 So, let's start with these 3 simple exercises.
01:19 So, exercise no-1
01:22 So, you can do this exercise with support or else you can do without support.
01:27 If you are doing without support then just lift your leg forward & side.
01:33 When you are lifting your leg side then you have to bend your side.
01:38 Front & side.
01:40 Front & side.
01:42 And if you can't do directly then you can do this.
01:47 You can do this & then down.
01:50 Up & side.
01:54 You can do this with support also.
02:00 And then you can start.
02:02 When you lift up your leg on the side, what you can do is just bend again.
02:09 You don't have to bend forward, you have to bend backward.
02:13 This also you can do around say 10-12 in the beginning.
02:24 And after this there is second exercise which is again very simple.
02:28 You can do this exercise without support or with support.
02:32 And in the first exercise we have straightened our leg & then on the side.
02:37 Front & side.
02:39 Now, when you will do this exercise on the side then you have to sit on the side.
02:48 When you lift your leg on the side then just bend.
02:51 Up & then down.
02:53 Up & down.
02:55 This is the exercise no-1.
02:59 Exercise no-2.
03:01 I will tell you that there is a slight variation in this.
03:03 When we did this exercise then you did front & on the side.
03:07 But in this one you have to go across.
03:11 Take your leg across & then on the side.
03:14 Cross & then side.
03:16 Cross & then side.
03:18 This again you can do around 12-15 in the beginning.
03:24 Cross & then side.
03:26 This also you can do with the support.
03:34 And exercise no-3.
03:36 It is also very simple.
03:38 If you will stand in front of the wall or you will stand like this.
03:44 So, what you have to do is bending both the sides.
03:48 When you are bending like this then you have to take a stretch here & you will get a stretch here.
03:54 Because we are not bending upwards, we are going downwards.
03:56 Downwards.
03:58 You don't have to bend upwards, you have to bend downwards.
04:22 So, you can do around 12-15 or as per your convenience.
04:28 And then you can gradually increase it.
04:30 So, these 3 simple exercises you can do anywhere & any time.
04:34 And you can give great shape to your body.
04:36 Because when you are men or women we all suffer from special side fetish which you call the love handles.
04:46 So, I am sure after doing this exercise you can have great shape.
