00:33 And today I am gonna show you 3 very simple exercise which you can do anytime, anywhere.

00:40 But remember, before that you should do all the warm up exercises which I have shown in my first video.
00:46 So, let's start with today's 3 very simple exercises.
00:50 So, just 3, keep yourself fit. So, here is the exercise no-1.
00:55 Just bend your feet shoulder width apart and just go
01:00 breath out when you take your leg up.
01:03 This you can do around 20 in the beginning.
01:14 When you just bend, lifting up your one leg, you must breath out.
01:19 You can start with 20.
01:28 Exercise no-2. Just lift up and down. Now, breath in and breath out. Breath in and breath out.
01:48 This you can do around 10 in the beginning.
01:52 If you can't do without support, you can just lift up and down.
01:57 Exercise no-3. Breath in and breath out.
02:15 This again you can do 10 in the beginning.
