00:07 I am Yogguru Shambhu Sharan Jha.
00:10 Today I will tell you about meditation.
00:13 Meditation is a very big thing.
00:17 It is said that more power than sitting is in sitting.
00:24 More power than sitting is in Pranayam.
00:27 More power than Pranayam is in Meditation.
00:30 But all are connected in a way that is not interlinked.
00:35 People talk about meditation.
00:38 I will tell you that today no one is able to meditate.
00:42 People do mental exercises.
00:44 There are many types of meditation.
00:46 Meditation will be done when Prana Shakti is pure.
00:50 When Prana Shakti is pure, meditation will be done.
00:54 And then you will enjoy meditation.
00:57 So when Merudand is straight and Prana Shakti is pure,
01:02 then you sit in one asana for at least 20-25 minutes.
01:06 Or you can do Japa.
01:08 In Japa, by default, you do Purak, Rechak, Purvak.
01:11 Or you do Pranayam.
01:13 And after Pranayam, keep Merudand straight.
01:16 Even if you meditate for 2 minutes or 5 minutes,
01:19 but the body should not move even at the tip of the needle.
01:23 So, by doing meditation, Prana Shakti is purified.
01:27 And when Prana Shakti is purified,
01:30 then we will be able to meditate.
01:32 And as they say, "Dharan Karna".
01:34 So, we will become what we are.
01:37 And meditation has a lot of power.
01:39 It connects us to the other world, to the subtle elements.
01:43 But first of all, we have to purify Prana Shakti.
01:47 We have to change our lifestyle, our diet.
01:51 We have to know what to eat, what to drink,
01:56 how to live, so that our Prana Shakti is purified.
02:00 And when Prana Shakti is purified, then you will be able to meditate.
02:04 So, today I am telling you some simple ways to meditate.
02:07 In which you can sit in a normal asana,
02:10 in Chokri Asana or Sukhasana, in which I am sitting.
02:13 In which you can sit for 5, 10, 15 minutes.
02:16 And there is one Pranayam, Nadi Shodhan Pranayam.
02:20 So, you can do this Pranayam also, like this.
02:23 This is Nadi Shodhan Pranayam.
02:27 That is, taking a deep breath and releasing it.
02:30 This is one.
02:31 If you do this 21 times, then it becomes one set.
02:34 So, you can do this 2-3 sets.
02:36 After that, close your eyes and focus on your breath.
02:38 And we also chant Pranav.
02:41 Because we are spiritual men, that's why we don't chant mantras.
02:44 So, Pranav is said, "Om is added before every mantra".
02:48 So, you can meditate on that also.
02:50 By saying Pranav, I mean, what we said before every mantra, I think.
02:54 I mean Omkar.
02:56 This is also Akhil Brahmand.
02:58 This is how the whole universe was created.
03:01 And you can do this also in Dhyan Jagat.
03:04 And the benefits of meditation are so wide spread.
03:07 But if meditation is proved,
03:09 then the unlimited power comes in a person.
03:12 "Chao Pinde, Chao Brahmande".
03:14 That is, what is in this universe, is in our body.
03:17 Like our body is made of 5 elements.
03:19 "Jal Tat Agni Tat Vahit Tat Aakash Tat Prithvi Tat".
03:22 So, this universe is made of that, and our body is made of that.
03:25 So, we are connected to that infinite.
03:27 And nothing is impossible for us in this world.
03:33 Everything is possible for us.
03:35 And we can achieve whatever we want in this world.
03:38 So, with this simple meditation, you can achieve the best state.
03:43 "Uttam Istiti" means you can achieve whatever you want.
03:47 There is no need to repeat this.
03:49 For meditation, there is our Vedas, Rishis, Munis and even the ancient stories.
03:53 So, you try to adopt this once in your life.
03:56 And I will tell you all the things in the next "Chakra Dhyan" and "136 Dhyan"
04:01 so that your life becomes fragrant like a flower.
04:05 And success is given so that your life becomes energetic.
04:09 So, when you do Pranayam, you will feel that your mind, body and intellect are lightened.
04:16 Why? Because this is what meditation is all about.
04:18 And it starts from here, where mind and intellect become one.
04:22 So, when mind and intellect become one, the soul is enlightened.
04:27 It is said that the place of consciousness in the heart-like cave,
04:30 the place of listening in that consciousness,
04:32 the soul resides in that.
04:37 And when we experience that, we call it "Chidanand Bhash".
04:41 And this is what we call meditation.
04:44 So, this is the correct way of meditation that you can adopt in your life.
04:49 You will get a lot of physical benefits from this.
04:52 It can also solve your BP problem.
04:54 It can also solve your Merudan problem.
04:57 It can give you strength in your body and muscles.
05:01 It will also give you calmness in your body.
05:03 And it will give you energy in your work and business.
05:07 It is said that "Dhyayat Dharayam".
05:09 When you meditate, you will get that energy from the environment.
05:13 And it will give you fragrance in your life.
05:16 It will make you strong and healthy.
05:19 So, this time, try to adopt this.
05:22 You will definitely get the benefits.
