00:07 We had discussed about the Sabeez Nirveez Pranayam and we had told you about the five elements.
00:14 So, viewers, I would like to tell you one thing that without these five elements,
00:18 can we imagine a human life or any living being?
00:23 Absolutely not! Because without the absence of one element, no creation can exist.
00:30 Nothing can exist. Water, Air, Fire, Earth and Sky, these five elements should be equal.
00:37 This is how our creation works and we, living beings, breathe in it and also create our lives.
00:45 First of all, we will talk about the earth element. What is the need for it in Yoga?
00:53 You must have seen that in the process of Pranayam, when we do Pranayam, we do normal Pranayam.
01:00 We breathe in and out normally or breathe in, stop and out.
01:04 So, this Pranayam is Nirveez.
01:06 For example, you can think of it as an empty earth and a seed.
01:13 What difference will it make?
01:15 It is like this.
01:17 So, this Pranayam is the one that carries the five elements.
01:25 For example, the seed of the earth element is the lung.
01:29 In the Upasana Shastra, the Pandits or the Lungs, the earth elements are dedicated to the Gandham.
01:35 So, in this, there is Gandh, Roop, Aspars, Gun, Tanmatray, Aspars, and many more.
01:40 So, what is the quality of the earth element?
01:43 If there is no earth, then there will be no trees, plants, vegetables, animals, animals.
01:49 So, how will humans live?
01:51 So, the earth is also necessary.
01:53 And when the earth is done, then the air is also necessary.
01:57 Then water is also necessary.
01:59 Then in this open air, if you want air, then the sky element should also be there.
02:04 Now, if you need to cook something, burn something, or if you need a lot of things, then the fire element is also necessary.
02:10 So, one element is incomplete without the other.
02:13 So, now the earth element is denoted by L.
02:17 So, now you must have seen that in the Kundalini Shastra,
02:20 all the Pranayams are Chakra Sadhna, Kundali Sadhna,
02:23 So, this connects the five elements.

02:29 like we are doing the Nadi Shodhan,
02:33 so, it is seedless.
02:35 But if we want to do the earth seed,
02:37 then we will do the earth element from the inside, from the mind.
02:41 Why? Because the earth element has a quality in our body.
02:44 That is why our body is a little heavy.
02:47 If there is no quality of the earth element,
02:49 then you see that if we throw something up, it is the earth element below.
02:53 Because it is a gravitational pull.
02:54 So, our body also has that heaviness, weightiness.
02:57 And I would like to tell one more thing in this.
02:59 Like I told you about Surabheda Pranayam,
03:01 I told you about 4, 16, 8.
03:03 This is 4.
03:05 I stopped it 16 times.
03:07 And I left it in 8 times.
03:09 So, now if we do it with the seed mantras of the earth element,
03:12 then it will be like this.
03:14 Now, the lung exhalation that we will do,
03:16 it will be on the breath.
03:18 And without moving the tongue, it will be on the heartbeat.

03:41 Then 16, 64, 32.
03:43 So, what is the quality of the earth?
03:45 The body should be soft.
03:47 It is also a quality of the gravity.
03:49 And it is also a quality of heaviness.
03:51 So, what will happen if the quality of the earth comes in our body?
03:54 We will get strength.
03:56 We will be energetic.
03:58 Our body will be strong.
04:00 So, that is why Lord Shiva told us to adopt this knowledge.
04:03 He told us about this knowledge.
04:05 So that a person can be strong.
