00:15 How to cure Sinus?
00:18 With Pranayama and meditation.
00:21 Today, 2 out of 4 people get sinus.
00:26 This disease is very difficult and troubles people.
00:31 Even if you get treatment, it still comes.
00:34 But I will say that Yoga has the perfect treatment.
00:38 You can sit in any asana.
00:41 But if you sit in asana, then don't sit on floor or floor.
00:46 Take any asana.
00:47 If not, then your Prana energy will pull the cold earth.

01:43 So, when you do Ida, Suryabhedi Pranayama.

01:48 Do Suryabhed Pranayama from 5 to 10 in the beginning.

02:46 So, how to do Suryabhed Pranayama?

04:42 But, I will say that you have to do it 5 to 10 times.

04:46 You took breath from right, left and then left.
04:49 Then, it will be wrong.
04:51 In Suryabhed, you have to take breath from right nostril.

04:57 After that, you have to stop breath from left, take breath from right, stop and leave.
05:01 So, it will be Suryabhed.
05:03 In Chandra Ved, you will take breath from left, stop and leave it with right.
05:07 So, first you will do Suryabhed 5 times and then 5 times Chandra Ved.
05:11 So, you will get benefit from this.

05:28 they should drink warm water in the morning.
05:33 And, add little bit of turmeric in it.

05:40 But, drink turmeric water in warm water.
05:42 Drink first glass of water in warm water.
05:45 And, after that, they can eat some hot food.
05:48 Like, garlic.
05:51 So, it has mustard oil.
05:54 In that, we put 2-4 garlic in it.
05:59 And, before eating, or after breakfast, we can take it.
06:03 So, with this, you will get benefit from it.
06:07 And, in food also, you can eat some hot food in the market.
06:13 Like, there is some vegetable, it has some chickpea vegetable.
06:18 So, it is called as 'Chola'.
06:20 People like it very much.
06:22 So, you can eat this also.
06:23 But, you have to chew it well.
06:25 So, you will get more benefit from it.
06:27 We have talked about 'Chole'.
06:28 So, you can eat that also.
06:29 And, I would like to tell you about 'Chana'.
06:31 That, the 'Angurit Chana', you boil it in warm water.
06:38 And, it can have some black pepper.
06:41 You can add some cumin powder in it.
06:44 And, add some salt also.
06:45 And, boil it for some time.
06:46 What will the black pepper do?
06:48 It will give some benefit.
06:49 So, it will have some water in it.
06:52 You can eat 'Chana' with it.
06:53 So, you will get some spicy taste also.
06:55 And, you will get some benefit from it.
06:58 But, it should be 'Angurit'.
07:00 Then only, you will get its benefit.
07:03 So, I would like to say one more thing.
07:06 The patient of sinus, should not eat curd and ice cream in winter season.
07:14 And, if they do 'Surabhik Pranayam' after a few days,
07:18 after a month or two months.
07:19 Then, they can eat curd and ice cream in summer season.
07:24 So, I would like to say this before leaving.
07:28 That, all the pleasures of life are from the body.
07:31 Roaming, eating, drinking.
07:33 So, at least, we should do yoga for fun.
07:35 For fun, we should adopt this natural path.
07:38 Or, whatever is there in life.
07:40 Because, we will enjoy only when we will be healthy.
07:43 So, for this fun, you should adopt this thing in your life.
07:47 And, it will give you some benefit.
