00:07 Today we will learn how to do Surya Namaskar which is a combination of 12 asanas.
00:12 Fold both hands and do Pranam Asana.
00:19 Then lift your hands and bend them towards your back and do Hastak Uttanasana.
00:24 Now do Padastha Asana. Breathe in and bend forward.
00:30 Now bend both knees and take your palms to the mat.
00:33 Now take both hands below the knees and behind the legs.
00:37 Now bring your head towards your knees.
00:39 Now do Ashwa Sanchalana Asana.
00:41 In this, take your right leg to the back.
00:44 Now keep your knees on the mat and pull your elbows as much as possible.
00:48 Now look up while pressing your hands.
00:51 Now lift your knees while pressing your palms.
00:54 Now bring your left leg to the back and do Parvat Asana.
00:58 Now come down slowly and do Ashtang Asana.
01:02 Now bring your hands to the mat and bring your chest in the middle.
01:07 Now stick your elbows to the chest and keep your knees on the mat.
01:12 Now keep your elbows on the mat.
01:14 Now do Bhujang Asana.
01:17 Now breathe in and bend forward.
01:19 Now keep your palms on the mat and look up.
01:23 Now do Parvat Asana again.
01:26 Now do Ashwa Sanchalana Asana.
01:33 Now bring your right leg to the back.
01:36 Now bring your left knee to the mat and look up.
01:41 Now keep your palms on the mat.
01:43 Now lift your left knee while bending your left elbow.
01:46 Now bring your left knee to the front while taking a big step.
01:49 Now bring your palms to the knees and in the middle of your feet.
01:53 Now bring your head to the knees and do Padhastasana.
01:58 Now keep your hands and back bones straight and look up slowly.
02:03 Now bring your hands to the back and do Hastasana.
02:09 Now slowly do Pranam Asana and complete Surya Namaskar.
