03:04 Chandra Vedan means you are inhaling.

03:13 And you are inhaling through your Chandra Nadi.
03:15 You are inhaling through your Chandra Nadi.
03:18 And you are holding there.
03:21 You have to hold there.
03:23 And then, you are closing your right nostril.
03:26 And you have to exhale slowly.
03:31 You are inhaling through your Chandra Nadi.
03:35 And you are exhaling through your Surya Nadi.
03:39 This will give you relief from acidity.
03:42 You can do this process 8 to 10 times.
