00:04 Today we will tell you how to close Udyan.
00:08 Sit in Padmasana or Sukhasana.
00:10 Place your palms on your knees and press them a little.
00:14 Lift your shoulders up and move your elbow forward.
00:18 Move your chest and close the jaal.
00:21 Take a deep breath and exhale.
00:24 Now, move your stomach muscles in and out and move them up and down.
00:29 As per your ability, move your stomach muscles in and out.
00:35 Again, take a deep breath and exhale.
00:48 Repeat this process.
00:50 Remember to move your stomach muscles in and out and move them up and down.
