00:07 Today we are going to talk about PCOD.
00:12 What is PCOD and how can we cure PCOD with yoga?
00:18 So let's take a step towards health.
00:21 So what is PCOD?
00:26 PCOD is a cycle of periods.
00:34 If the cycle is not in that particular cycle,
00:37 like if it is a cycle of 25 days,
00:40 then it comes back in 20 days.
00:42 So it is called PCOD.
00:45 It comes before or after.
00:48 It does not come on a single cycle.
00:51 So how can we cure it with yoga?
00:54 We are going to tell you.
00:56 So the first thing is, you can call it an asana.
00:59 You have to sit in Vajrasana or you can sit in Sukhasana.
01:05 You have to keep both your hands on your knees.
01:09 And you have to inhale completely.
01:15 Inhale and exhale.
01:17 And here it will be locked.
01:20 Close the chalandar.
01:22 You have to hold your breath.
01:24 And while bending your shoulder forward,
01:28 you have to pull your stomach inwards.
01:32 This is called Agnishar.
01:34 You have to pull your stomach inwards.
01:37 And from below also,
01:39 you have to pull your pelvic region inwards.
01:45 In between, you don't have to breathe.
01:48 When you feel like breathing,
01:52 you have to lift your neck up.
01:54 And leave your stomach outwards.
01:57 And then you have to inhale slowly.
02:00 And then exhale and relax.
02:04 This is the first activity.
02:06 Agnishar.
02:07 You will feel a lightness in your stomach immediately.
02:11 The second activity is Uddiyan.
02:14 In Uddiyan also, you have to keep both your hands on your knees.
02:19 And inhale.
02:21 And exhale forcefully.
02:23 The chalandar will be locked here.
02:26 And after it is locked,
02:28 you have to bring your shoulder forward.
02:33 And you have to pull your stomach inwards.
02:38 By doing this, your pelvic region,
02:41 your uterus and your genital will become healthy.
02:48 If there is any infection or any reason of PCOD,
02:53 that reason will be finished.
02:56 And your regular periods will start.
