00:00You know, you try not to play favorites, but there's no question that Nest has transcended
00:23to the top of the Eclipse fillies.
00:26She breathes different air, and the ride that she's taken, Eclipse and our partners and
00:32the Rapoli family and the House family, it's just been nothing short of a once-in-a-lifetime
00:40opportunity that we've all really cherished.
00:42Well, I mean, I think Nest has just been exceptional at everything she does.
00:47I think, you know, the really standout part of her career was what she did at Saratoga
00:53as a three-year-old.
00:54You know, she delivered two monstrous performances in the coaching club in the Alabama.
01:00She displayed that ability that you don't see very often, being able to really quicken
01:04and finish on the dirt.
01:06She has a high cruising speed, but it's not very often that you see any horse be able
01:12to accelerate on the dirt like she's been able to.
01:15It gives me chills just even trying to look back on it, because when you're in the moment,
01:21it's hard to really gain perspective.
01:23But with her, she sort of stopped time.
01:25Here is Nest, and she is pouring it on here in the stretch.
01:30She is at the top of her class.
01:32Nest wins the Alabama by five lengths.
01:36And I think you could also say that her Belmont was an awesome race as well.
01:41She didn't get as good a trip as Mo Donigal did.
01:45You don't see horses do what she did that day, going a mile and a half after stumbling
01:49so dramatically at the gate, and then be boxed in by big colts all the way around
01:55the turn and into the stretch.
01:57So even in defeat that day, she was so brilliant.
02:01We've had the opportunity to offer some amazing broodmare prospects at Fasig-Tipton in the
02:06night of star sale in the last decade or so.
02:09And this year we've got another special, special offering in Nest.
02:12She ranks right up there as one of the finest offerings we've had the privilege to present
02:17to the marketplace.
02:19Champion three-year-old, bi-curling, an amazing race filly, greatest stakes winner at two.
02:25She's like poetry in motion watching her run.
02:28Anybody that's ever watched a horse race knows just how special she is, how talented she is.
02:34We're very privileged to have her in the sale this year.
02:38She's certainly etched her name into the history books as one of the greatest fillies of all
02:43time.
02:44You know, we've taken all of our good mares that we've been so fortunate to be associated
02:50with at Eclipse to the night of the stars at Fasig-Tipton, and the eyes of the world
02:54will be on her that night, and it'll just be an exclamation point on what's been a career
03:01on the racetrack of constant exclamation points.
03:05When you look at Nest's potential as a broodmare, it's truly remarkable.
03:08Not only is she bi-curling, who speaks for himself as a brilliant stallion, but you go
03:13through her pedigree, you've got Quiet American, you've got the influence of Nureyev, you've
03:18got the influence of A.P.
03:20Endy.
03:21She's a genetic masterpiece, and the potential there is enormous.
03:25Just think of breeding a mare with her racing ability, with her pedigree to the top stallions
03:31in the world, and the possibilities are limitless.
03:33I think anyone interested in having one of the top, top fillies of her generation with
03:42a remarkable pedigree and a terrific cross with curling over A.P.
03:46Endy, it's worked so well so many times.
03:50I think if you're looking for a broodmare prospect, this is as good as it gets.
