00:00Previously on The Apprentice, the teams were challenged to renovate a home.
00:04The winning team is the one that increases their home's value by the highest percentage.
00:11In a surprise twist, Rob and Gen C returned to help out Mosaic,
00:16and Brad and Stacey J came back to work with Apex.
00:20Go out, renovate the houses, good luck.
00:24At Mosaic's home, troubles overwhelmed project manager Sandy.
00:28You know, it was raining and we were running short on time.
00:31I definitely hit a low at that point.
00:34But a so-called family of contractors came to the rescue.
00:37My guys should be done by 11.
00:41At Apex, Raj signed off on a contractor who couldn't finish the job in time.
00:46How are we going to put a bathroom together in two hours like this?
00:49The appraisers agreed, and Apex lost.
00:52So Mosaic, you win. Really good job.
00:56Later in the boardroom, Chris couldn't keep his opinion to himself.
01:00At the end of the day, the chemistry in this team is horrible,
01:03and I'm just telling you right now, if this team stays the same, we will be defeated again next week.
01:07It's all disloyal, don't you think?
01:09They're going to work for you if you're the team leader next time.
01:11I'd love that. I'd love to be the team leader next time.
01:13Fine, I accept that. You'll be the project manager next week.
01:16And Raj blamed Kevin and Ivana for their loss.
01:19Whose fault was it that this contractor was hired?
01:22I'm the project manager. Every major decision has to go through me. I accept that.
01:25Raj, I think you made a lot of mistakes.
01:27I accept that I made mistakes.
01:29Raj, you're fired.
01:32Nine candidates are left. Who will be fired this week?
01:55Some people really need it
01:58Listen to me, y'all
02:00Do things, do things, do things, bad things
02:07Dollar bills, y'all
02:08Come on, they need
02:11Oh, need
02:13Mid-range
02:15Almighty dollar
02:17I don't know that money
02:22Give me a nickel, brother, can you buy that?
02:26Money can drive some people out of their mind
02:33No good, no good
02:35Money, money, money, money, money
02:40Money
02:51Money, money, money, money, money
03:03So she'll be back pretty soon, right?
03:04Yeah
03:05So is Trump leaning one way or another right now?
03:07I don't know, I just think it's going to be hard because, I mean, they kept on coming back to, you know, Raj is the project manager
03:11Who do you hope goes?
03:12I think Ivana
03:14Raj took Kevin and Ivana to the final boardroom
03:18Ivana really doesn't have much to offer the team
03:20And I think she's a disruptive member of the team
03:23So I'm hoping that she doesn't come back
03:29Ivana's back?
03:30Yep
03:37It's good to see you back
03:39There's no doubt, you can't build half a house and the project manager not go
03:42It's not even a question
03:43Kevin and I came back from the boardroom and as a team we felt very split up
03:48We have one team member who doesn't believe in our team
03:51And he's actually our project manager for the next task
03:56I'm project manager next task
03:58Because of some of the things that came out of the boardroom
04:00I said, listen, Trump, this team does not gel
04:02I said, listen, I want to win, I want to work for you
04:05And I can't have any good people around me, that's it
04:07She got the call to the helm
04:09Put up or shut up, bro
04:10Sink or swim
04:11Sink or swim
04:13In the boardroom when I said my piece to Mr. Trump
04:15I knew he was going to make me the project manager
04:17And or, you know, be mad about it
04:19But at the end of the day, he wants to see who's strong
04:22So I put myself on the chopping block
04:24Just to make sure that the team performs
04:26Alright, first of all, on a personal level
04:29I obviously have to prove that I can be a leader
04:31So let's get all the **** out of the way
04:33We're not here to be friends
04:35There's nothing personal, this is **** business
04:37At the end of the day, we're all fighting for the same job
04:39I have full respect for all of you
04:41Not that that matters
04:42But I honestly think we can all work together really well
04:44And I really want to win
04:45I agree
04:46And also, if you got to complain about something
04:48Think about what the solution is
04:51I felt like the overall tone on the balcony was good
04:54But I was wondering
04:55How can Chris really be an effective project manager
04:58When he obviously feels so negative about the team
05:00So now it's the time to **** put up or shut up
05:03And I think that's what it comes down to
05:04That's the bottom line
05:06What do you want to do about P.M.?
05:08What do you guys think?
05:09Will you be upset if I just say I'm going to lead?
05:11Of course
05:12No, I think I'm the most effective leader
05:15I mean, I want to lead
05:16So if you guys aren't going to hand it over to me
05:17Then we need to draw
05:18I mean, I'm just being honest
05:19We're not handing it over to you
05:20Okay
05:21Draw for it
05:22Okay
05:24I don't know if it's a matter of age or what it is
05:26They tried to push me out
05:27And I'm not going to have that
05:28If there's going to be a chance for a project manager
05:30I have to be included
05:31Because exemptions don't exist
05:33If there's going to be a chance for a project manager
05:34I have to be included
05:35Because exemptions are huge at this point
05:36And I feel like I can lead this team to victory
05:39Come on, Sandy
05:40You better pick the right name
05:42Just kidding
05:46Kelly
05:48Okay
05:49Alright, good pick
06:03Hello, this is Kelly
06:04Hi, good morning, it's Rona
06:06Mr. Trump would like you to meet him at 9 a.m.
06:08At Tavern on the Green
06:09Got it
06:10Okay, bye
06:13Tavern on the Green
06:29Good morning
06:30Morning
06:31Welcome to week 10 of your 15-week job interview
06:35As you noticed, George is back
06:38Now, this is Tavern on the Green
06:41It's one of the great restaurants of New York
06:43It's right in the middle of Central Park
06:45The thing that really differentiates Tavern on the Green
06:48Is the fact that at least once a week
06:52They have a wedding
06:54I know something about weddings
06:56Unfortunately, but someday I'm going to get it right
06:59The wedding industry is a $30 billion a year industry
07:05Is that right, Sandy?
07:06That is correct
07:07For this week's task
07:08You're going to be taking an empty space
07:11There's nothing in there
07:12And create your own bridal shop
07:16You hear that, Sandy?
07:17I mean, boy, do you have an advantage
07:19If you lose this time, this would not be good, right?
07:22Correct
07:23You've got four hours
07:25From 5 o'clock to 9 o'clock
07:27To hold an exclusive bridal sale
07:29The winning team is the team that earns the greatest profit
07:34The losing team, it's back to the boardroom
07:38Somebody will be fired
07:39Good luck, have fun
07:41Thank you
07:44You've got to be kidding
07:48We've got a ringer on the team
07:50Sandy's business is running a bridal store
07:53So I'm very confident about our team's ability
07:55To pull out a win on this one
07:58He's got a bridal
08:02Sandy has definitely a huge advantage
08:04They're the schoolyard bully
08:05And I guess we're the nerds
08:07And if we can pull out a victory here
08:09It's going to be huge
08:20After we received our task
08:21We decided to get to the location as soon as possible
08:25Oh, it's a huge space
08:27It's much bigger than I thought
08:29Oh, we could totally do something with this
08:33It's big
08:34It is big
08:35Okay
08:36I say we just pack this place with vendors tomorrow
08:38Just pack it with vendors
08:40My strategy is to basically use this large space that we have here
08:43And entice vendors to come here and bring some product
08:46And what we're looking to do is split the profits with the vendors
08:48We're going to offer them a no rent
08:50Bring your own table, your own little setup
08:52So right now we need to get vendors before we can do anything
08:54Okay
09:04I need to start making some appointments
09:06Calling the owners of these bridal salons
09:08Go meet with them immediately
09:10And try to negotiate our inventory
09:12We're also going to have to develop a marketing message
09:14And I want you two to do that
09:16We're firing on all cylinders
09:17I'll get the team broken down into two groups
09:19Sandy, Andy and I are going to go do the procurement
09:22Check out the store and relay information back here to Maria and Wes
09:26Who are trying to figure out
09:27How are we going to get potential brides into the store tomorrow
09:30During that four hour period
09:32You need to call, find the contact at thenot.com
09:35And buy some advertising space
09:37Thenot
09:38Yeah, thenot.com
09:39They should have a list of all the brides in New York City
09:41That are getting married
09:42You need to send blast emails out to them
09:44One day only sale
09:45And we'll put our phone numbers on there
09:48Got it, got it
09:49Yeah, okay, so that's marketing
09:51We'll have
09:52Kelly's rule really was to delegate the expertise to Sandy
09:56And then, you know, ride Sandy to his exemption
09:59So maybe the icing on this cake is her
10:01Willing to sell a woman a dress
10:03Yeah, can you imagine Chris Russo
10:04Trying to sell a wedding dress
10:06God
10:10Hi, my name is Chris Russo
10:11I'm calling from Apex Corp
10:13How are you today?
10:14Hi
10:15We have a small bridal expo
10:18That's going to be going on one night
10:20And we'd love for you to sell some of your products
10:23For free?
10:24Well, there's nothing for free in life
10:26I have a possible scenario that could be profitable
10:31Nice
10:33We wanted to offer you guys an opportunity to set up a booth
10:36Nah, we won't need that
10:38Nah, you know what I'm saying?
10:40Chris is supposedly the guy who can sell ice to Eskimos
10:44Why couldn't he get anywhere with any of these bridal vendors?
10:47We're going to do a pretty big advertisement
10:49You're going to do a pretty big advertisement?
10:51Yeah
10:52No thanks, okay?
10:55What a f***ing bitch
10:58This is really, really, really a very tough task
11:01Almost impossible
11:03The problem is there's no way you're going to buy gowns
11:06And then come in and advertise and then sell them
11:08And they're going to fit and it's going to be the same size
11:10It's impossible
11:11It didn't help when Chris basically threw up his hand
11:14And said this task is impossible
11:16To throw up your hands that early in the game
11:19It's pathetic
11:27Positive attitude is all about self-confidence
11:29And self-confidence is the whole ballgame
11:32I like the name Trump Tower Chicago
11:34Like Trump National for the golf courses?
11:37If you don't have a positive attitude in business or in life
11:40You'll never, ever be successful
11:43I always thought of it Trump Tower Chicago
11:45But the building is going to be amazing
11:54Bottom line is these dresses that are discontinued
11:56They sell for less than cost
11:58This morning Donald Trump told us our task would be
12:00Opening a bridal salon here in New York City
12:03And we have four hours to sell as many gowns as possible
12:06We are going to 260 West 39th Street
12:10So Andy, Kelly and myself went out
12:12And we had a few appointments with some bridal salons in the area
12:17Tomorrow evening we are going to have a huge sale on wedding gowns
12:20So we were wondering if we could take discontinued gowns
12:23Off of your hands and sell them for you tomorrow evening
12:26Sounds interesting
12:27How many gowns are you willing to give up?
12:29How many can you take?
12:34Sandy and I, we were working real close together
12:36Hi there
12:37Watching her in her element was just a ton of fun
12:39I mean, she's got a great skill in the bridal area
12:41I think we were doing a good job
12:43You know, if we were in the car business
12:45We would have everything from a Honda to a Ferrari
12:47And you're our Ferrari
12:49And we're going to make sure that you're taken care of basically
12:53Hondas and Ferraris
12:55You've never done this before, have you Andy?
12:58This is Wes
12:59Hey guys, this is Kelly
13:00We've got 200 to 250 dresses
13:03Racks, a mirror, a mannequin
13:05We've got to pick them up with a cargo van
13:07Around 6.30
13:10Strategically, the way Kelly works this is
13:12It goes off of Sandy
13:14Who is an absolute pro
13:16In dealing with bridal shops
13:18And then he leaves the marketing piece
13:20Which is mission critical on Maria and I
13:22So if that goes wrong, he has someone to point to
13:25So how many people are we talking about targeting?
13:28About 23,000
13:3023,000 people
13:32And the price is $1,000
13:34Okay, thenot.com, they're the number one wedding website in the U.S.
13:38We're going to be sending out a direct email
13:40Targeting lists of women that we know are getting married
13:43In a certain period of time
13:45They're absolutely our target market
13:47In my opinion, it is not risky spending $1,000
13:50Getting the marketing message out
13:52Thank you so much, it's approved
13:54Okay, cool, thanks, bye
13:56Maria and I have an awful lot of responsibility
13:58If no one shows up to the sale
14:00Nobody's going to buy anything
14:02Marketing is huge here
14:13I can't do this
14:14I think maybe if we go into a place
14:16They're going to be more likely to help us
14:18Let's just start walking and we'll map out a game plan
14:20Alright
14:21This is very, very, very complicated
14:23Very frustrating
14:24Chris was really feeling negative
14:26So we decided to split up into two groups at that point
14:28And actually go start meeting with vendors
14:30Keep your head up
14:31My head's up, it's just...
14:33It's hard, it's hard
14:34Hard to say, it's almost impossible
14:36No one said it was going to be easy
14:37But we'll figure out a solution
14:38Well, no task is easy
14:39But this is friggin' ridiculous
14:51Hi, good thanks
14:52My name is Jen
14:53I'm Jenny
14:54When Chris and I met with these wedding gown vendors
14:56I would be the one to walk in
14:58And actually start talking to them about the dresses
15:00And get them excited about the event
15:02I got married a year and a half ago
15:03And I looked at your dresses
15:04They're really beautiful
15:05Thank you very much
15:06Does it sound like something you can do for tomorrow night?
15:10And we're looking to just have you bring accessories
15:13Hair pieces, veils
15:16But Chris was very, very lackadaisical
15:20Are you able, in addition to
15:22Obviously bringing over your items
15:24Not interested at all in the wedding industry
15:27Or the bridal gown business
15:28Pleasure meeting you
15:29Nice to meet you both
15:30Thank you very much, we appreciate it
15:33On the other hand
15:34We did manage to secure about six vendors
15:37So things have definitely turned more positive
15:40And we were starting to feel like
15:42We could actually throw together a store in the next day
15:45Thanks so much for helping us out
15:46Oh, anytime
15:47We really appreciate it
15:48Anytime, next time give us more notice
15:49Yeah, yeah, it's tough
15:50We're on a very short timeline
15:58Pleasure to meet you as well
15:59While Jen and Chris were getting as many vendors as possible
16:02Kevin and I met with Bernadette
16:03At the Bridal Suite in Manhattan
16:05Was there anything in particular I could show you?
16:07Well actually, maybe we could tell you what we're doing
16:09Absolutely
16:10Okay, so we're having sort of a one day event tomorrow
16:12And we want to be able to sell some of your inventory
16:18We hang dresses by designers
16:19So a lot of these things are going to be the sparkly
16:22Very fancy
16:23Let me ask you a question about
16:25When you turn inventory
16:27As she was showing us the different lines that she had
16:30We would pepper in little questions about
16:32What do you suggest that we sell?
16:34What do you suggest that we'll move?
16:36I mean, we really needed an expert
16:38So if we did an advertisement that sort of said
16:40You know, one day exclusive sale
16:44That might be an okay provision
16:46How would you coin it?
16:48I mean, as a one day event
16:50Well, where is it?
16:51It's on 2 Bond Street
16:53It's on 2 Bond Street
16:54Okay, what is that?
16:55It's a beautiful space, the storefront is
16:57It's got the exposed brick
16:58It's got white walls on one side
17:00It's the hardwood floors
17:01Maybe you could even come over and take a look
17:04I'd be willing to do that
17:05That's great, that'd be fantastic
17:16Welcome, this is Chris, our project manager
17:18Hey, how's it going?
17:19Pleasure to meet you
17:20Nice to meet you
17:22There's just so much that goes into putting up a store like this
17:25Bernadette was sort of like our Sandy
17:27Like our ace in the hole for this bridal sale
17:29Wow, you can take advantage of these windows
17:32Absolutely
17:34Everybody's going to want to see themselves from different angles
17:36Right
17:37So you might want to set up accessories here
17:39Okay
17:40It's easy
17:41Be truthful
17:42It's nothing wrong with saying
17:43I don't think that's the best dress for you
17:45But you have to have another suggestion
17:48You don't just say that, well, see ya
17:51Bernadette's been unbelievable
17:52I mean, she's been a tremendous help
17:54So with her not going, I'm pretty confident
17:56Looking forward to tomorrow
17:58Thanks, we'll see you tomorrow
18:00Thank you very much for coming down, appreciate it
18:13Maria and Wes are bringing the truck here now
18:16Things were just on a roll
18:17Before you know it, we had up to 300 gowns promised to us
18:21The downside of that was when we realized
18:23That the marketing was not exactly what we had imagined it to be
18:26Was this actually sent out because there's no phone number?
18:29There's no make an appointment, get VIP?
18:31Kelly has way too much confidence in Maria
18:34An email went out to 23,000 brides in New York City
18:38And our phone number isn't even on there
18:40That's a big mistake
18:41And do you know if this is the final version I'm looking at?
18:44That is the final version that you're looking at
18:46It doesn't have a phone number to contact for appointments
18:49What?
18:50It did, she took it out without any approval
18:53Maria said that the phone number was on there
18:55And that it was edited away by The Knot
18:57After she sent the final draft in
18:59But if we have a bad day tomorrow
19:01A big portion of that could be attributed to her
19:03For not having the contact information for our largest marketing effort
19:06And what we spent the most amount of money on
19:12Don't let the dresses get caught
19:14Hey, hey, hey, that's too far up
19:16I feel like we're hijacking wedding dresses
19:28We just missed the post where they went for her
19:30That was really close
19:32I didn't realize how Wes drives
19:35I don't recommend driving to New York City when Wes is in town
19:45F***
19:55It was definitely a concern that with Wes's driving
19:58If he continues to hit things
20:00That maybe we outsell our competition
20:02But lose because we have to repair a car
20:07We get to the store
20:09Wes and I go around to unload it
20:12Oh, f***, dude
20:14Oh, f***
20:16Do you know what's happened?
20:18Yeah, I do
20:19You drove like a f***ing maniac
20:25Oh, my God
20:27If Sandy saw this, she'd f***
20:29Don't tell her
20:30No, no
20:31Only thing I can think of
20:33We have to get this fixed before Sandy gets here
20:35There it is
20:36Way to undo the Rubik's Cube
20:42Now, ma'am, would you like a sexy dress?
20:45Or a full dress?
20:49That way we're being honest
20:50But making it their situation
20:52It's important to be honest
20:54Kelly, come here, I have to talk to you
20:58This is the bottom line
20:59There's a lot of standing around
21:00There's no hustling
21:01I feel like everybody is putting the weight of this on me
21:04I don't want you to feel that way
21:06And people are looking around, f***ing picking their nose
21:08Standing over you at the computer
21:10And not hustling
21:11I just know that our task usually
21:13Is we rock it out
21:15And this, I have a bad feeling
21:17I am really worried about the marketing
21:19I handed them the knot
21:20I said, this is all you need to call
21:22I handed everything to them
21:24It was so simple
21:26And no other marketing
21:28Right
21:29No plan B
21:30No plan B
21:31Right
21:32Best I can do is merchandise this store with the best scouts
21:34And if we don't have the customers out here to buy them
21:36We're not gonna win
21:41The Biggest Loser
21:54Here you go man, brought us here today
21:56Good morning man
21:57Good morning
21:58First thing in the morning
22:00The girls headed over to Penn Station
22:02Kevin and I went to Grand Central Station
22:04And we handed out thousands of flyers
22:06Good morning, how are you?
22:07Good morning ma'am, how are you?
22:08Good morning
22:09Good morning
22:10Definitely happy that I decided to go to Grand Central Station this morning
22:12I mean this is definitely gonna get people down
22:15Vital sample sale today only
22:1750 to 75% off
22:19There's endless marketing possibilities
22:21I think we've done a really good job
22:23Of trying to blanket New York
22:25With news about this sample sale tonight
22:27Four hour vital sale today only
22:34Alright you guys should go and get this stuff
22:36I think it's on 35th
22:37We'll be back in one hour
22:38We need to take a phone
22:39The morning of day two
22:40Wes and I are basically heading out
22:42To procure the rest of the dresses
22:43And I left Maria, Sandy and Andy
22:46To fix what happened with the email
22:48That went out the first day that did not
22:50I know that we talked yesterday about the phone number
22:53And yet the final email did not include the phone number
22:56Any chance to get a new email sent
22:59Just to, can we start from scratch?
23:01I can send another email if you want to
23:03However, I can't guarantee that the brides
23:05Are gonna get it before the sale
23:07And I was under the impression
23:08From our conversation
23:09It was good to go
23:10So I do feel that we got
23:12Appropriate approval to send it out
23:17Maria was caught in a bold faced lie
23:19She swore our cell phone number
23:20Was submitted to thenot.com
23:22And the woman says
23:23You approved this
23:24I just hate it when people
23:25Don't take accountability
23:32Ivana, where do you want
23:33The bridesmaids to go?
23:34Um, this section over here
23:37We're on schedule
23:38We got a couple things to do
23:39Before we open
23:40We'll be up and running by 5 o'clock
23:41Accessories right against the wall, right?
23:43Yes
23:44Hi, we're having a bridal sample sale
23:46Really, not for me
23:47I'm not on the market
23:48So what else did you do
23:49In the way of advertising other than this?
23:51We have some artists across the street
23:53That are gonna come over and help us paint
23:54The front windows
23:57Let me just put you guys here for now
23:59I think we got a shot to win
24:00We got some pretty good vendors
24:02That are coming on board
24:03And hopefully we'll get some traffic tonight
24:07Maybe I need the bigger ballerina one to do that
24:12Andy, I need you just as counted
24:14Okay, I'll, I'll, I'll
24:15One, two, we'll
24:18By 5 o'clock
24:19There's almost 40 people waiting in line
24:21So the marketing produced
24:22Very, very strong results
24:24Hello!
24:25Hi
24:26Welcome!
24:27I'm Sandy, I'll be here
24:28Escorting you ladies in all night
24:30I'm not a fan of sleeves at all
24:32Who likes sleeves?
24:34How about a dress like this?
24:35This color instead of this color?
24:37Do you want it more in the ivory?
24:39Yeah
24:40Alright, we'll get you in there sooner than later
24:41I know it's a pain in the butt
24:43Alright
24:44But we'll get you in there
24:48Okay everyone, I'm gonna open up the doors
24:58Hi, welcome
24:59Hi
25:00We're opening up
25:01So come on in
25:02Just to let you know where everything is
25:03Gowns are in this section
25:05Oh yeah, you're right
25:06We have bridesmaids' dresses and shoes
25:08In the center section
25:09And then we have accessories in the back
25:23We could have all the merchandise in the world
25:25I mean, thousands of bridal gowns
25:27But if we don't have people coming in the door
25:28To actually buy the gowns
25:29We're gonna have to go through the door
25:31To actually buy the gowns
25:32Then it doesn't do us any good
25:38Listen, Carmen's getting married in like a week
25:40We need to get her in right now
25:41No, no, no
25:42And find something
25:43Enough talking
25:44Okay
25:45Let's go
25:46This was normally $3,200
25:47And it's now $500
25:48I think this is the one
25:49Okay
25:50Awesome, congratulations
25:51And I did put your veil in here as well
25:53You look like a little princess, really
25:56It's mayhem
25:57There are women going crazy
25:59Grabbing the dresses
26:00Getting fitted
26:01I think we're now at 16, 17 dresses sold
26:03And this is only $6.75
26:06Oh my god, I think I'm gonna get it
26:07You should
26:08$6.75 and $58.22 in tax
26:12This is my mom and my sister
26:13That we will be
26:14It's beautiful
26:16This is it
26:18As far as whether we won or lost
26:19The reality is that it was great to have Sandy here
26:21But they could have easily hired somebody
26:23That's also a bridal consultant
26:24That does the same thing
26:25This is definitely not in the bag 100% at all
26:29$6.75
27:00Hello
27:01Hello
27:02Carolyn, how did Mosaic do?
27:04Well, actually Mosaic, I think, did very well
27:06They showed some great teamwork
27:08I walked into the bridal shop
27:10And it was beautiful
27:12They sold 27 dresses
27:13And they had a total profit of $12,788.94
27:18Wow, that's a pretty big order to beat
27:21George, what was their number?
27:23They only sold 2 dresses
27:25Their total profit was $1,000
27:27Their total profit was $1,060.47
27:32Big difference
27:33Big difference
27:34So you did 12 times more than Apex did
27:37Very impressive
27:39Well, Kelly, you know what that means, right?
27:41Should your team lose next week
27:43You'll be exempt from being fired
27:45That's not bad
27:46Mosaic, well, you're gonna like this one
27:49I felt that because this was a wedding task
27:52Your reward should have something to do
27:55With diamonds
27:57So I'm sending you
27:59To one of the great diamond stores of the world
28:03Graff Jewelers
28:04I bought Melania's engagement ring
28:07From Graff Jewelers
28:09Melania will meet you at Graff
28:12And as a team
28:14We're going to give you
28:16$50,000 worth of merchandise
28:19Whether it's cufflinks or pins
28:21Or whatever you pick out
28:22So that's what I call
28:24A really good reward
28:27So enjoy it
28:29Now, Apex, you're gonna come back to the boardroom
28:33Somebody will be fired
28:50That was just, I mean, old-fashioned butt-kicking
28:53This is three in a row, though
28:55I'm literally disgusted
28:56We got out-beaten every single category, everything
28:59We got spanked!
29:00We did, we got asses kicked, no question
29:02In every area
29:03They just got $50,000 in jewelry
29:06Gosh!
29:08$50,000 in jewelry
29:22Hi, congratulations
29:25That's great, hi, nice to see you
29:27How are you?
29:28Hello
29:29This is my first time meeting Melania
29:30And of course, you know, you've seen pictures
29:32But even in person, she's more beautiful
29:34And it was nice to meet Mr. Trump's fiance
29:36Everyone, welcome to Graf, so come, please
29:40This is a 28-carat, deflawless heart-shaped diamond
29:43That's amazing, beautiful
29:45Let's try this on
29:46You have to have a security guard to wear one of those
29:48So you have something like this, which is a 31-carat
29:52Deflawless emerald-cut diamond
29:54And something like this would probably be in the range
29:57Of about $4.5 million
29:59How about my necklace?
30:00Your necklace is about $6 million
30:02Really?
30:03I definitely felt like royalty
30:04Having a $6 million necklace on
30:06Every time I looked in the mirror, it was just like
30:08Blinging all over the place
30:09Wow
30:10It's blinding
30:11Is it too much for you?
30:12Is it ever?
30:13Is it ever?
30:15I don't have a wife, so I'm shopping for my mom
30:17Think she'll like that?
30:18What mom wouldn't love a gift from her son?
30:20Okay, good
30:21For my wife
30:22She really loves diamonds
30:24Wes, of course, being the fine gentleman that he is
30:26Got a beautiful necklace for his lovely wife, Lynn
30:29Maria got a ring, Sandy got a beautiful necklace
30:31And then Kelly goes off and gets something for himself
30:34Which is definitely one way to do it, I guess
30:36Very cool watch, Kelly
30:38Yeah, I love it
30:39Grass is one of the finest jewelers in the world
30:41It's kind of neat to see an inside look at that
30:45Wow, that's beautiful
30:54I'm a straight shooter
30:55And if Mr. Trump wants somebody that speaks his mind
30:57That's me
30:59This sucks
31:00Chris should be fired
31:01He was the project manager
31:02And Chris really didn't contribute all that much to the task
31:04But Mr. Trump could decide we're all terrible and fire all of us
31:07As a result of getting beat by a 12-to-1 ratio
31:10The three of us tried to pick up where there was slack
31:13You know what I mean?
31:14Well, he gave up
31:15Within the first five hours
31:17Within the first ten minutes, I think
31:22I'm definitely gonna fight to the bottom, 100 percent
31:24I mean, I'm a fighter no matter what
31:26I would never just go downward unless I'm swinging
31:28F***ing Rital Salon, f***
31:59F***
32:23Chris, what happened?
32:24Well, we lost
32:26We lost
32:27It was not even a loss, it was really a beating
32:29You know, like I said to you last week
32:31The team wasn't gelling for the last few weeks
32:33But the team came together, we gelled
32:35You couldn't have gelled very well
32:37I mean, the other team beat you
32:38Personality's gelled, I should say
32:40What do you think, Ivana? What happened?
32:42I thought that the team definitely rallied
32:45At times, I felt like Chris gave up easily
32:48He doesn't look like the kind of a guy that gives up that easily
32:51I know, I know, but
32:52But you thought he did
32:53When I see my PM, Chris, throwing up his hand
32:56Saying this task is impossible
32:58Doesn't make me feel so great
32:59Did you feel that, Chris?
33:00Absolutely, right out of the gate
33:02We got a very slow start
33:03What, you thought that was an impossible task?
33:05Right in the beginning, yes, I did
33:07Why?
33:09Well, without using it as an excuse
33:12I mean, obviously, they had Sandy
33:13She knew, you know, what she could push the vendors into doing
33:16She knew the companies
33:17Well, I tend to, first of all, disagree with you
33:18Of Sandy having the advantage
33:19Because the fact of the matter is
33:21Both of your stores have about the same amount of dresses
33:23You have a comparable retail space
33:25You also had Bernadette, who pretty much walked you through
33:27Right
33:28Forget Sandy
33:29The customer here is easy
33:31You don't have to pick it out
33:32All you have to say is, how do I get to that customer?
33:34Why wasn't there a marketing plan?
33:36There's a market
33:38How did the other side do so well?
33:40They got on to their marketing very early and quickly
33:43They actually managed to do some sort of email blast
33:46Why were you putting out flyers at Penn Station, of all places?
33:50To attract the morning rush crowd
33:51Did you like the idea of Penn Station?
33:55That's a terrible idea, I'm sorry
33:57I don't see Penn Station as a place where people are thinking about marriage
34:02Kevin, do you think that Chris is a bad leader?
34:05You know, he complained last week
34:06Oh, the team, the this, the that
34:08I think Chris is a hard-working leader
34:09I think Chris does not like to have written plans
34:12He sees it, perhaps, as a waste of time to sit down and plan
34:15How is Chris at delegating?
34:17He didn't delegate anything
34:18We all just basically did what we thought would be best for the team
34:21What do you think? Do you agree?
34:22I agree, I found myself
34:23Are you disappointed in Chris?
34:24I think Chris lacked energy and focus on this task
34:27He makes me feel good, though
34:28You know, I love his accent
34:29He makes me feel at home
34:30It's a great accent
34:31He makes me feel at home
34:33It's where I grew up
34:34Anyway, Chris, would you rather bring two or three back?
34:39I'll be honest with you
34:40Out of the bad job that we did, I think Jen did the best
34:43And Jen should be upstairs having dinner
34:47So you want to let Jen go?
34:50Jennifer, before you leave, who would you say should be fired tonight?
34:56I hate to say it, but I think Chris should be fired
34:58Everybody worked really hard
34:59Chris was the project manager, and we lacked focus
35:02So I think that ultimately comes back to the project manager
35:05So you go up to the suite
35:06Congratulations
35:07Kevin, Chris, Ivana
35:09We'll see you back here in a couple of minutes
35:11Thank you
35:17Thank you
35:38Listen, it's not like I said in there
35:39It's not personal
35:40It's business
35:41I know, I know
35:42You know that I like you guys better than her
35:43But why would you protect her?
35:44Why is she so upset?
35:45I know
35:46Why would you protect her?
35:47I think she did the best job
35:48How?
35:49From when I was just listening to her talking
35:51That's because she's talking to you
35:53I just think they all were terrible at this task
35:55It's ridiculous
35:57I have to agree with you
35:58And I don't think one of them stood up
35:59And said anything on a positive note about what they did
36:01They just sat there and said
36:02Yeah, you're right
36:03I did it wrong, I did it wrong
36:05She always skates by
36:07I know, trust me
36:08I was thinking the same thing
36:09Because she's all presentation
36:10She's all this
36:11I know that
36:12That's all she has
36:13I agree with you
36:14She did you, man
36:15She got you
36:16That's fine
36:17That's his problem
36:18What do you think, George?
36:19I didn't see any fire from any of them
36:20To me, that's the big point
36:21There's no fire in these people
36:23There's no spark
36:24Send him home
36:25Robin?
36:26Let him in
36:27Please go back into the boardroom
36:37Thanks
36:43Chris?
36:44Why did you send Jen up?
36:45She's just as guilty as these two
36:46Wouldn't you say?
36:47You sent the whole team out
36:48Well, I had two different
36:49Like what I just said to them inside
36:50I mean, they're upset
36:51But the last
36:52They're upset about what?
36:53That I let her go
36:54Because she always slips by
36:55All this nonsense
36:56And I agree with that
36:57But let me tell you something
36:58Two different vendors came up to me
36:59But Chris, why did you let her go?
37:00I'll tell you why
37:01Two different vendors came up to me
37:02And they said, you know what?
37:03If she wasn't a lawyer
37:04She would be excellent as a salesperson
37:05And I said, I don't care
37:06I don't care
37:07I don't care
37:08I don't care
37:09I don't care
37:10I don't care
