06:39Now that you're in the final weeks of your 15-week job interview, there are no more teams.

06:48There are no more exemptions. You're on your own.
06:52Now, I have chosen four of the greatest executives anywhere in the world,
06:57and you're going to be interviewed today by those executives.
07:01Alan Joe, chief operating officer, Unilever North America, one of the biggest companies anywhere in the world,
07:09and he has done an unbelievable job.
07:13Dawn Hudson, who's president of Pepsi-Cola North America.
07:17She runs a multi-billion dollar operation and is one of the most dynamic female executives anywhere in the world.
07:25Somebody that I've known for a very long time, Ace Greenberg, chairman of Bear Stearns,
07:32one of the most brilliant men I've ever met, and Robert Kraft, the owner of the New England Patriots,
07:38one of the most successful teams anywhere in sports, won Super Bowls in two of the last three years.
07:46Combined, their companies have half a million employees and gross over $80 billion a year in revenue.
07:55They're the best of the best, and I really trust their opinion.
08:00They'll report back to me, and their recommendations will be critical for my decision.

08:45Now you're in law school. I am in law school now. Don't you want to become a lawyer? No, I don't, actually.

08:53And how long a period? Over the last eight and a half years.
08:56So does that mean you have trouble staying with something?
08:59I can talk you through each one of them. Some of them were market forces that I stayed actually too long with.
09:04Jennifer, tell me the biggest obstacle you've had to overcome in your life to get this far.

09:13I would say that when I began at my law firm, I had to immediately step up as a first-year associate and lead transactions.

09:21I'm at the top of my industry. I'm doing really well, but I'm ready for another challenge.
09:25Have you ever had an experience in a corporate environment before?
09:28No, to be quite honest with you, I have not. I have not been in that corporate environment.
09:33On a scale of one to ten, the stress level, it's like 150 today.
09:37Like, today was the most stressful day that I've had to get through.
09:41But right now you're your own boss, right? Yeah, I am.
09:44You know me if you're going to work with Trump.
09:46It's a safer job than what I'm doing right now, so it's definitely a risk.

09:50I own my own business. I have a staff.

11:22I'll tell you, I really like Kelly.
11:24I personally have in high regard people going to the military
11:27and what it's cut out to go to West Point.
11:29I thought he was a little stiff, maybe not the most personable person,
11:32but he seemed to react and know how to lead.
11:35Kelly would have to do something real wrong for me not to hire him.
11:38He's an extremely mature young man.
11:41And I think he brings a broader view of the world than the other three candidates.
11:45To me, he is the ultimate team guy.
11:48Like you said, the military training, I think, is a tremendous plus.
11:53Kelly has one thing going for him that you can't get away from.
11:56And that is he's led and he knows how to take orders.
11:59So he's led and he's been led. I mean, you can't get away from that.
12:02None of these people have that.
12:04What do you think of Kevin?
12:05Kevin I immediately liked.
12:07My question on Kevin is he's had a number of missteps
12:11and he keeps course correcting along the way.
12:13And if I were in your shoes, I'd be wondering,
12:16is he going to course correct again?
12:18Am I going to get a guy who's going to be really energetic for a year or two
12:21and then is going to move on to the next thing?

12:24I found Kevin's naked intensity and ambition a little bit overwhelming.
12:30I found him to be intense to the point of aggressiveness.
12:34But you know, Donald, when I was talking to Kevin,
12:36I said, what do you want to do eventually, Kevin?

12:40He's building, obviously, an unbelievable resume.
12:43I give him credit. And then what?

12:47He's like the most educated person I've ever seen.

13:10I thought she was very bright and focused.
13:13I thought she understood why she wanted to make a transition from law into business.
13:18But I did struggle because I felt she was saying all the right things.
13:22But I couldn't get her to sort of stop and tell me what she really thought.
13:25Alan, how do you feel?
13:27I felt that working through your big organization,
13:30I think Jennifer might have the edge in that environment.
13:32And I think there's a danger that we take her as this intellectual, academically brilliant woman
13:37and discount whether or not she's prepared to roll up her sleeves in the real world.
13:45How do you like Sandy?
13:46I must tell you I was very impressed with her.
13:49The fact that she had the entrepreneurial spirit.
13:52I think probably she's matured to a level now where she's ready for a new challenge.
13:56Sandy has an extreme likability about her.
14:00But I think she is very light on just pure business experience.

14:07But I didn't think she thought a lot about what it would be like working in a corporate environment.

15:42And I think that I am more open to the learning process and to being your apprentice for that reason.

15:49You've gotten unbelievable education.
15:51You've already studied to be a lawyer.
15:53You've graduated from the Wharton School of Finance.
15:55You're an unbelievably talented guy in terms of education, and you haven't done anything.

16:01I'm 29 years old, sir.
16:02At some point, you have to say, that's enough.
16:05I think you're right, sir, and I think I've done that by actually leaving school and accepting this challenge
16:09and thinking that it's better for me to do this than to be in law school.
16:12And let me explain my resume for a second, if I may.
16:14Everything I've been doing is I've been trying to prepare myself to be a better operator, a better CEO.
16:19You know, Kevin, the business leaders had one big problem with you.
16:23They didn't see where you were going in terms of direction.
16:25They loved your education, but they didn't see where you were going.
16:29They said, when is he going to start?
16:31They really had a problem.
16:32And I have to agree with the business leaders.
16:34So to start the evening, I have to say, Kevin, you're fired.
16:45You're going to be a great success.
16:47I have no doubt about it.
