05:57Apartments start at a million and a half dollars,
06:00and they go up to over $30 million.
06:03One of the people responsible for the building is going to be joining us today.
06:07His name is Matthew Calmary.
06:09He's my chief of operations, and he'll be replacing George,
06:13who's away on a business trip.
06:15Carolyn, as always, will be joining us.
06:18Now, you're going out to the suburbs of Long Island.
06:23There are two houses that are in a very dilapidated state.
06:29You are going to be given $20,000 each, each team.

11:34But at this point, the wall in between the bathroom,
11:37we're going to remove one of the separating walls
11:39and turn it into a three-bedroom instead of a four-bedroom, if we can.

11:44You know, in this task, I think I saw early on that Raj lacks common sense.
