00:00With the Angels went through the OBS April sale. We really liked everything we saw, the videos,
00:13the times, the workout times, the gallop out times. You know, physically she was beautiful,
00:18very well put together. I think the most impressive things about her would be the
00:24efficiency of her stride. And the other unique quality that she has is that she has a tremendous
00:30mind. Ever since she landed in my barn a few months ago from the sale, I was so impressed
00:37with her mentally. She's very mature for a two-year-old. I knew that she had breezed
00:41very well and galloped out very fast at the sale, so those horses typically progress quickly. Got
00:47maybe one, two breezes into her and she was galloping out five-eighths in a minute and
00:52four-fifths on her own without urging. And I knew immediately, I said, you know, this filly's
00:57gonna be, she's gonna be a good one. I was also pleased to figure out very quickly that she was
01:05not going to be a turf synthetic horse. She looks like she's going to be very, very strong on the
01:10dirt. You know, she's been a quick study at the gates and we knew every time we've taken her
01:16there, she's, you know, jumped well from the gates, outbroke her company. You know, if you watch
01:22her stride, she's just so efficient and she does it so effortlessly. Jose said she galloped out
01:27very well seven-eighths. He let her gallop out seven-eighths. That'll help us go forward to her
01:32next spot. Dogging, widening. It's going to be double digits with the Angels in a rock. The
01:39obvious choices would be to work through the New York-bred program. That would be an easy
01:44campaign for her and bring her into her three-year-old year. Plan B is to keep our eyes
01:50and ears on the open races. The Frisette, Nashua, and the Tempted are in early October. So we're
01:58going to definitely nominate and keep those doors open to the open races, graded races as well. She's
02:03the first Omaha Beach that I've had. I've looked at his race record quite a few times as I was
02:09training this filly towards a race, and he looked like they started him out on grass,
02:14but once they switched him to dirt, he really moved his game up significantly. And obviously,
02:19we're very pleased with her. So I would not be opposed to having more Omaha Beaches in my barn.
