00:00Good morning. Some of us will notice a little bit of warmth today, but it isn't going to
00:06be for everyone, particularly out west. That's where we're going to continue to see cloud
00:10and outbreaks of rain, a fairly wet and windy start for Northern Ireland, some heavy bursts
00:15of rain over parts of Wales and southwest England. Blustery here as well. Some showery
00:19rain just getting into parts of western Scotland for a time, but a good part of Scotland staying
00:24dry and after a grey start, northern England cheering up quite nicely. Some sunny spells
00:29through the day for the Midlands, East Anglia and the southeast. And it's in these eastern
00:33areas where you'll finally notice a little bit of warmth. Temperatures 16, 17, 18 degrees
00:39Celsius further west where it stays cloudy. Temperatures will be struggling a little bit
00:45and feeling even cooler with the rain and the wind, although that both should start
00:49to ease a little bit by this afternoon. We'll continue to see some outbreaks of rain though
00:53coming into parts of Wales, southwest England, particularly Somerset and Devon through this
00:58evening and a bit more of that rain getting into southwest Scotland this evening too.
01:02Further east, there's a possibility of some rain affecting parts of East Anglia, maybe
01:06up into Lincolnshire through the early hours. But for a good chunk of the country, it will
01:11be a dry night and temperatures holding up at 7 to 10 Celsius. So similar to the night
01:17just gone. As for Wednesday, well, generally a dry day for Northern Ireland. Just the possibility
01:23of some of this rain affecting eastern most parts of England, perhaps eastern Scotland
01:27for a time, likely to be a duller day certainly across eastern Scotland compared to today
01:32and the possibility late on of some heavier outbreaks of rain coming up into the south.
01:37For a good chunk of the country though, a dry day, certainly a drier day for much of
01:42Wales and Northern Ireland compared to today. Quite a bit of cloud around but still warmer
01:48air moving in. So temperatures with a bit of brightness getting up into the mid to high
01:52teens. Feeling cooler though on some of these North Sea coasts and quite a bit cooler in
01:56parts of eastern Scotland compared to today. We'll continue to see a little bit more warmth
02:01coming in across the country through the latter part of this week. But we'll also continue
02:05to see some heavy showers around as well. For more details on that, you can of course
