00:00Hello. Well, it's going to be a rather cloudy day across much of the UK, particularly in
00:06the west though. And then tonight it's turning rather humid. And that's because we've got
00:10this warm front that's pushing eastwards through the day. And in between this warm front and
00:15the cold front, we've got some particularly warm and humid air. Now, on that warm front,
00:20we have got quite a lot of rain covering much of northern areas of the UK so far this morning.
00:25This is the radar outside from this morning. So you can see Scotland, Wales, much of northern
00:31England and parts of Northern Ireland are seeing some of the rain. And there are some
00:34heavy bursts in there. But across the southeast, it is at least starting off quite clear for
00:40the beginning of the day. And in the southeast, it's where we'll see the driest weather of
00:44the day. The cloud will thicken across this area though throughout the afternoon. But
00:49across the north, particularly much of Scotland, we'll see the winds sort of start to pick
00:53up and some quite heavy bursts of rain lasting into the evening. So with quite a lot of cloud
00:59around, temperatures are going to be much closer to average for the time of year. But
01:03in any sunnier breaks in the southeast and also across southeastern areas of Northern
01:07Ireland, it will still feel quite warm in the sunshine. Now, as we head through this
01:12evening, that front still slowly makes its progress eastwards, bringing rain to more
01:17Midlands areas and then into the southeast throughout the second part of the night. And
01:22the cloud is really going to start to lower down as well. You can see spots of drizzle
01:27that's going to be bringing rain to higher ground across the Pennines as well as the
01:32hills and mountains across Wales and the southwest as well. So it's going to be a rather murky
01:37start on Wednesday. But as I said, it is going to be a very mild night tonight. Across central
01:42areas, the temperatures hardly dip down by a degree or so from today's daytime temperatures.
01:47And many towns and cities will be remaining in the high teens. So quite a mild muggy start
01:53to Wednesday, though the cloud will slowly lift up throughout the day. We'll see the
01:58rain continue for many western areas, but the southeast seeing the best of any drier
02:03weather once again. And there will once again be some sunnier breaks and it's going to feel
02:08a little bit warmer in any of that sunshine throughout tomorrow. So in the southeast,
02:14possibly 26 degrees across parts of Lincolnshire or East Anglia. Now, in the northwest, though,
02:20we're starting to see that front clear and it will feel a little bit fresher by the end
02:25of tomorrow's temperatures closer to the mid-teens. And then through tomorrow evening, the rain
02:31finally clears its clears from western areas of Scotland. And you can see there's quite
02:35a marked difference. The cloud suddenly clearing and that clear weather is going to spread
02:40eastwards throughout Friday, throughout Wednesday, bringing many of us a bit of a brighter day
02:45on Thursday, though we will see some more persistent rain in the southeast this time.
02:50But you can find more details on your forecast by staying up to date with the latest on social
02:55media. I'll see you later.
