00:00Hello again. A hint or two of autumn for some on Tuesday morning, but for most, plenty of

00:07strong summer sunshine by the afternoon. It's going to feel very warm with lots of blue

00:12sky around. But early doors, some thick fog patches to contend with. There's still some

00:18patchy rain across western Scotland, a bit damp and drizzly here through the night. The

00:22cloud breaking up a little more across Northern Ireland, southern Scotland and certainly for

00:26most of England and Wales, lengthy clear spells. We will see some of that fog thickening

00:30up through the night parts of Wales, the Midlands, Northern England, perhaps a little further

00:35south and east also. It will be quite dense in a few spots as well. It will be a warm

00:39start to Tuesday. Look at these temperatures holding up in the mid-teens. But some fog

00:44around for the morning commute. It'll take a few hours before it clears away as well

00:49and it could be quite dense in places. But it should disappear, leaving a largely sunny

00:53day for England and Wales, a brighter day for Northern Ireland. Some mist maybe around

00:58the east coast and sunnier skies for central and southern Scotland. Again, across northern

01:02Scotland, could see quite a lot of cloud, particularly for the Highlands and the Western

01:06Isles, where a bit of drizzle is possible. But for most, it's dry, it's sunny and it

01:11is warm. Look at these temperatures, 25, 26, 27, 28, maybe 29 or 30 across the Midlands

01:18and the southeast. A little cool obviously where it's cloudy across the far north. But

01:23a warmer day in central Scotland, Northern Ireland, 24, 25 as possible here. The breeze

01:28will be picking up across the coast in the southwest and that is a sign of things to

01:32come as more cloud spills in through the evening. Could be a very pleasant sunset here. A bit

01:38more cloud again across northern Scotland and again the odd spot of drizzle. But for

01:42most, it stays dry through the night. Another pretty warm night leading into another by

01:47and large warm and sunny day for many on Wednesday. But a change in the southwest. Much more cloud

01:53here. We will see some showers developing. Hit and miss, but some heavy ones possible.

01:59Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly and drifting into parts of mid and

02:03south Wales at times. As I said, hit and miss, but some heavy showers are possible. The sunshine

02:08turning hazy as the cloud increases across the Midlands, Northern Ireland on Wednesday

02:12and thicker clouds still in the far north with a little bit of rain possible, especially

02:17for Shetland. But again, the vast majority having another sunny day on Wednesday and

02:21again another very warm day with temperatures 25 to 28 Celsius. Obviously not as warm with

02:27more cloud in the southwest. We are going to see that cloud becoming more extensive.

02:31It's from this area of low pressure and just watch as it chugs steadily across the country.

02:36During Thursday in particular, some slow moving heavy thundery showers are likely and that

02:43low, although it's showing signs of drifting away, will dominate our weather on Friday

02:47as well. So much more cloud around across the country on Thursday and Friday and some

02:52heavy showers and even a few thunderstorms are possible. For more updates on that, make
