00:21 And I can assure you, the exercises which you will see in this video, I will tell you daily exercises.
00:27 And the exercises which you will see, they are purely F3 Kavita's Yobics workout.
00:31 Means you won't find these exercises anywhere else.
00:35 And these are very very effective exercises.
00:38 Trust me, if you do them regularly, you will be able to do them in your fitness.
00:44 So, first of all in this video I am going to tell you, this exercise is how to reduce your weight in inches.
00:50 If you feel that you have to reduce your body in inches, means if you have to reduce your body in inches.
00:57 Means some people say that you see, from here your weight increases, this portion gets reduced.

01:37 In this you have to do, the way you make a paper plane and shoot it, keep your hands straight like this.
01:46 And from your ears, you have to take your hands straight like this.

01:54 So, when you will take your hands like this, you will get the full stretch here.

02:02 So, you stretch from here, once again just see it very clearly, you are not taking it like this, you are taking it from here and this.
