1. DB Box Squats - 4✖️15reps.

2. DB Front Squats - 4✖️15reps.

3. DB Curtsy Lunges (Glute Focus) - 4✖️15reps.

4. DB Split Squats - 4✖️12reps.

5. DB Sumo Squats - 4✖️12reps.

6. DB Lateral Lunges - 4✖️12reps.

7. Standing DB Calf Raises - 5✖️20reps.

8. Abs with Wheel - 4✖️15reps.

If you don’t have any dumbbells or weights, these exercises can all be performed effectively doing just your Bodyweight
