SAVE This Full HiiT Training
1. High Knees Jump Rope x Criss Cross Jumps - 30 seconds

2. High Knees Speed Jump Rope - 15 seconds

3. Pushups - 25reps.

4. Pull-ups - 10reps.

5. Dips - 15reps.

6. Bicep Curls - 20 total.

7. Triangle Pushups - 15reps.

8. Leg Raises Bench- 10reps.

Complete this Cycle 4x - no breaks in between exercises (max 15 secs) and 3-4 minute break between cycles
