SAVE This Workout
1. Jumping Lunges - 20 total

2. Bulgarian Split Squats - 15 each Leg

3. Reverse Lunges - 15 each Leg

4. Body Weight Squats - 15reps.

5. Crusty Lunges - 10 each Leg

6. Calf Raises - 25 total

Complete 4 Cycles
- Minimal rest between exercises ~20 secs.
Only 3-4 Minutes rest between cycles Stay at it!
