Salut la famille, j’espère que vous allez bien? Voici mon entraînement Haut du Corps de ce samedi matin. Bon week-end.

SAVE This Workout
1. High Knees - 30 secs.

2. Push-ups - 25reps.

3. Jump Rope - 30 secs.

4. Decline Push-ups - 25reps.

5. Triangle Close Grip Push-ups - 25reps.

6. Body Weight Dips - 25reps.

Complete 4 Cycles w/ 2-3 minutes rest between cycles.
Minimal rest between exercises ~20 secs. You can replace jump rope with another round of high knees if you don’t have one
