00:00Hello, well we saw plenty of rain overnight. This is a little bit heavy at times and it
00:05does mean it's going to be quite a wet start for some of us. However, the good news is
00:08it is going to be brightening up for some too. However, it's not quite time to put away
00:12the raincoat just yet. So the rain we had overnight is gradually pushing its way north
00:17eastwards moving into northern and eastern parts of England and southern parts of Scotland
00:21as well. A little bit heavy too at times as it pushes its way northwards. Elsewhere though
00:26it is going to be brightening up, however there will be some showers on the cards too
00:30and these may be a little bit heavy at times, particularly across the south west. But where
00:35you do catch the sunshine with temperatures in the mid to high teens, even creeping up
00:39into the low 20s across Scotland, it will be feeling pleasant and warm. Now into this
00:45evening we do eventually say goodbye to this rain as it pushes its way northwards allowing
00:49a largely dry night for many of us with a few clear spells. So perhaps a chillier night
00:54compared to the mild nights we've had of late. However, we are going to start to see
00:57some low cloud feed into eastern areas. So it might be a little bit murky to start Wednesday
01:02morning. You may even see the odd spot of rain and drizzle. But on the whole a largely
01:07cooler night compared to late but just a bit milder where that cloud and that rain lingers
01:12on. So as I say a bit of a murky start in the east with some low cloud, perhaps some
01:17rain and drizzle. But as the day warms up it will eventually push its way towards coastal
01:22regions and it may linger there for a time still with the chance of the odd spot of rain
01:27and drizzle. But elsewhere largely brightening up however still a chance of showers on offer
01:32and they may be a little bit thundery as well particularly across the south. But once again
01:36those temperatures mid to high teens once again creeping into the 20s. So if you can
01:41dodge the showers it will still be feeling pleasant and warm. Now for the rest of the
01:46week it's not changing too much. We are expecting further sunny spells and showers. Still a
01:51risk of those thunderstorms too. But we are remaining in that milder air which means where
01:55you do catch the sunshine it will still be feeling warm. And don't forget you can always
