00:00Hello again. Most will have another fine afternoon out there, dry and bright with
00:04sunny spells. Just one or two isolated showers over Wales and southwest
00:08England. It's still on the cool side but with light winds if you get in the
00:12sunshine it doesn't feel too bad. Now we did start the day with a few showers as
00:16you can see here on the radar just clearing away from southern parts of
00:19England. Some patchy cloud around and some places will see a lot of cloud
00:24through the afternoon over parts of the Midlands, Wales, southwest England. There is
00:27just a chance of one or two light showers in this area but for most places
00:32it's dry and many places will see quite a bit of sunshine. Sunnier skies perhaps
00:37along the east coast but here it is really quite chilly. The winds are quite
00:41light but close to that North Sea coast it is going to feel fairly fresh with
00:44temperatures 9 or 10 Celsius. Elsewhere in the sunshine 12, 13 maybe 14 degrees.
00:49I say the Sun has got some strength to it so it doesn't feel too bad in that
00:53sunshine but quite quickly this evening those temperatures will fall away. Any
00:58showers over the southwest they fade away so by and large it's dry and it's
01:02clear through much of the night but you can see by that blue hue on the map
01:06there will be a fairly extensive frost. A few fog patches are possible most
01:10likely in Northern Ireland. Temperature wise well we're going to get down close
01:14to or even a touch below freezing even in towns and cities and rural spots
01:18likely to be down to minus four or minus five. Into Thursday then and it's
01:23obviously a frosty starts but then by and large another fine day with plenty
01:27of sunshine certainly for many central and western parts. More cloud through the
01:30day over eastern England and a few showers likely over southwest England
01:35and East Anglia during the afternoon but apart from that it's dry and it's fine.
01:39It will be a cold starts by the afternoon temperatures creeping up
01:43though maybe just a degree or so lower than Wednesday's values and again
01:47feeling pretty fresh on those North Sea coasts with single figures here but
01:51elsewhere 10, 11, maybe 12 or 13 in one or two places. Again though quite quickly
01:56temperatures will fall on Thursday evening still a few showers around
01:59through the evening over East Anglia and the southeast but they should be
02:03disappearing by midnight and then again we'll see another frost forming. So
02:07frosty mornings a feature of the outlook a lot of dry weather in the outlook as
02:11well with many places continuing to see sunny spells into the weekend. More
02:16details as always if you follow the Met Office on social media.
