00:10On today's show...
00:15I told my team that she used to invite men over to the house when me dad was out. I saw it, she's easy and she'd sleep with them for cash.
00:21Where was your dad when he swung you out?
00:23Part your backside and shut up. Lose the picture.
00:27How about you shut up? No, I won't shut up. Yeah, you will. Where's your dad then?
00:31Why are you running away from your son? Because he's a little... That's why.
00:36He's sitting here ready to talk to her, isn't he? He says that you told him his dad's not his dad, is that true? No, I have not.
00:42What does this mean to you? It means a lot. It means everything to me.
00:46She's the worst example of a mother I've ever seen.
00:50You said she was like Tesco's, open 24-7. Yes, she is.
00:54You've got more balls than Gwen.
00:59Look, I'm sick of the balls of it now. It's got to stop.
01:04He asked Tammy since the start of your relationship with Peter if you had sexual intercourse with anyone else.
01:08She said no. Why did you say no? God, I'm not running anywhere. I'm knackered.
01:25APPLAUSE
01:34Hello, my friends, good morning and a big, big welcome to the show.
01:37Now, my first guest today, Colin, is here as he wants to confront his mum, Tracy.
01:40He says he can't even call her mum and he's here to find out if the man who brought him up
01:44and who he believes was his dad actually is his dad after mum Tracy apparently said,
01:48you know what, he's not. Colin says that Tracy neglected him as a kid
01:52and has a massive reputation for sleeping around and sleeping with guys for money.
01:55This guy says today, I'm setting the record straight. Today is my moment.
02:00Colin is on the Jeremy Carr Show. That way.
02:10I'm good. Welcome to the show. A lot of people come on this show and they say,
02:14you know, my upbringing was rubbish, my parents haven't been up to scratch.
02:17You know what she said to my team, I'll disown my mum if she's lied about who my dad is.
02:21Let's talk about Tracy. You don't even call her mum.
02:23No, I don't. I call her Tracy. Why?
02:25Because she's treated me badly through my whole relationship with her.
02:33Welcome to the Jeremy Carr Show, if you've just tuned in.
02:35You say she's a randomer off the street. Anybody could do a better job than raising...
02:41Yeah, they could. Basically, they could.
02:43Well, did you grow up with her? Give me some examples.
02:45No, I didn't. I grew up with my dad.
02:48Where was your dad when he slung you out? Go on, tell me that!
02:54Would it be all right if I spoke to him first and then you'll get your say?
02:58Part your backside and shut up. Lose the picture.
03:05Examples. Give me some examples. She locked me and my dad in the house.
03:09She sold us stuff. She didn't even say when she was going to...
03:12on my dad's grave when he dies.
03:14Your mum and dad were married, I think, for 16 years.
03:1816 years. You say she did nothing but cause trouble.
03:20We had to move house all the time. You've been told he is your dad.
03:23You've been told he's not your dad. Was she ever violent to you?
03:25Yeah, she was. She tried to hit me once, but I walked out.
03:29She used to lock me in the house. She's controlling, she's manipulative and she's easy.
03:33You're saying about your own mum on national television. She's easy.
03:35Yeah, she is. She'll go with anything.
03:39What are you here today for, son?
03:40Well, a DNA test to see if my dad is my dad.
03:42What's your relationship now? I have to make this point. I'm going to do this right now.
03:45Colin Senior, Jeremy, I'm really sorry I can't be there with you today due to my illness.
03:49Me and Colin have an amazing relationship and I would hate for our father-son bond to be broken
03:53by his compulsive liar of a mother, Tracey.
03:56Tracey told me that Colin Junior wasn't my son and my heart sunk.
03:59This is just her being a vindictive liar.
04:02But I now can't get the thoughts out of my head.
04:04I'm positive that she cheated on me throughout the whole relationship.
04:06She was a horrible wife, an even worse mother.
04:10As far as me being violent to her is concerned...
04:12Shut up! I never laid... Shut up!
04:15Shut up!
04:16Shut up!
04:17I never laid a finger on her.
04:19Shall I just... I'll just sit here and talk to myself.
04:24How about you shut up?
04:25No, I won't shut up.
04:26Yeah, you will.
04:27Get on stage.
04:28No, you're chatting...
04:29Colin! You're a liar!
04:30Yeah.
04:31You're trying to protect me and everything!
04:32Yeah, well...
04:35Don't you...
04:37And then you will have your say.
04:41Where's your dad then?
04:42Yeah, where's my dad?
04:43Where's your dad?
04:46Hang on.
04:47Who was the one who took you to school every day?
04:50You will get your say when I'm ready.
04:52Sit down, get out there.
04:54Go, go, go.
04:55Be quiet.
04:56You can deal with it in a second.
04:58Jeez.
04:59Tell me where the doubts have come from, Colin.
05:01Why are we here doing a DNA test?
05:03What happened? What changed?
05:05Basically, she carried on saying a lot of stuff to my dad
05:07when they split up.
05:08Basically, I'm not his son.
05:10She said it about all three of us.
05:12Told my team that she used to invite men over to the house
05:14when my dad was out.
05:15I saw it, she's easy and she'd sleep with them for cash.
05:17Yeah, she would.
05:19So she's a prostitute?
05:20Yeah.
05:21You're 18 years of age and that's what you're saying about your mother?
05:24Yeah.
05:25You love your dad.
05:26I have to make the point against this background of shouting.
05:29This man is ill, Colin Senior.
05:31Yeah.
05:32Very detailed description and statement he gave us.
05:34He can't be here today but he wanted to.
05:36But you're all right with this, aren't you?
05:38Yeah, I am.
05:39Can you deal with her?
05:40Yeah.
05:41What are you hoping for?
05:42Hoping to get the truth.
05:43And deal with her.
05:44What are you going to say to her, build bridges?
05:45No, I don't want to see her no more after this.
05:46So you're going to tell her how it is?
05:47Yeah.
05:48This will be fun.
05:49Tracey is on the Jeremy Carl show that way.
05:50You're a liar!
05:51You're a liar!
05:52You're a compulsive liar, Colin!
05:54What do you mean compulsive liar?
05:56Your dad is standing by you today.
05:58Yeah, whatever.
05:59Whatever.
06:01Yeah, whatever.
06:02Whatever.
06:03That was your kids, mate.
06:04Yeah, your fat's right.
06:05Your kids, mate.
06:06Whatever.
06:07Your kids, mate.
06:08Whatever.
06:09You're a compulsive liar.
06:10You used to treat your kids differently compared to me.
06:12I have witnesses to prove it.
06:15Witnesses.
06:16Can you stop swearing?
06:17I want to hear your side.
06:18That's what you wanted.
06:19This guy comes out and he says, she means nothing to me.
06:22She did no job.
06:23She picked men over us kids.
06:25My dad and I have a great relationship.
06:27Why are you effing and jeffing so much?
06:29If he's got a good case with his dad,
06:31then why does his dad sling him out all the time
06:33when he can't control his behaviour?
06:35It's not about his dad.
06:36It's about you two, isn't it?
06:38Tell him all of a sudden that his dad might not be...
06:40I've never ever told him once.
06:42But why would a mother come on national television?
06:45Forget him a minute.
06:46He's 18.
06:47Why would you, at 46, 45 years of age,
06:49come out and swear and slag your son off?
06:52Because he's lying!
06:54He's a compulsive liar!
06:56If you slow down, shush, mate, listen to me.
06:58Give me some examples without shouting.
07:00What's he lied about?
07:01Jeremy, I used to walk him to school every day
07:04because his dad couldn't get out of bed.
07:06I've walked him in the snow.
07:07I've only ever been with four guys.
07:09I was married to his dad for 15 years.
07:11Went through domestic violence with their dad.
07:13You need to slow down, right?
07:15You are saying that you were a good mother.
07:17Yeah, I was a good mother.
07:18Stop shouting.
07:19So why is he with his dad and why is he saying
07:21that you are the lowest of the low?
07:23Because I couldn't control his behaviour, Jeremy.
07:26Why not? You're his mother.
07:28Isn't that your responsibility?
07:29Yeah, but when he's attacking you, he's violent.
07:31Right, he attacked you.
07:32Yes, he attacked me.
07:33Did you attack him?
07:34Yes, he has attacked me.
07:35Not well.
07:36Stop shouting and explain how.
07:37He's got for me with screwdrivers.
07:39I used to try and get him out of bed to go to school.
07:41He was violent. He wouldn't go to school.
07:43He tried to push you down the stairs, you told my team.
07:45Yeah, but no GCSE results.
07:47Anything to explain to you?
07:48But no GCSE results?
07:49No, I never went to school.
07:50And going to college and getting into the army...
07:52Have you got any GCSE results?
07:53Yeah, I have.
07:54If you don't have any,
07:55you're in the crew of the Jeremy Kyle show.
07:56They've got a bugger all between them.
07:58Seriously, you feel that this guy has really been turned
08:02by your ex, who was no sort of father, and you told my team,
08:05it's almost like they've forgotten everything I did
08:09and I'm suddenly this figure that gets accused.
08:11So how are you going to achieve anything
08:13by coming out here and shouting the odds?
08:15Because...
08:16You should be convincing him that you love him
08:18and that his dad is talking rubbish, right?
08:20His dad is talking rubbish.
08:22You're not going to get it by swearing, are you?
08:24I love all my kids.
08:25You're not. You love him.
08:27The way you talk to him, you love him.
08:29But when he's slating me, calling me a prostitute and that,
08:32I don't think so.
08:33I don't sell my body.
08:35I've never sold my body in my life.
08:37It's different when your dad's on the internet,
08:39when he was married with me.
08:41Are you a good mum?
08:42Yes, I am a good mum.
08:43All right, slow down.
08:44Give me some examples of how you were a good mum.
08:47I fed him, watered him...
08:49Sorry, could you point that camera?
08:51I mean, just so you're all aware in England,
08:53if you give birth to a baby and you feed it
08:55and you clothe it and you put it to bed at night,
08:57that makes you a good mum.
08:58What a pile of rubbish.
09:00That's not being a good mum.
09:03His dad is ill.
09:05..and he's got his phone put to...
09:08..he's got a COPD.
09:10He's a liar.
09:12All right, calm down.
09:14Why now, if his dad's a liar
09:16and his dad is such a heinous human being,
09:18why is he living with his dad?
09:19Explain that to me.
09:20Because my children go from me to the dad,
09:24from the dad to me.
09:25When was the last time Colin Jr lived with you?
09:27Colin, he moved in with me on the 11th March of 2013
09:30and went back to his dad's house.
09:31He hasn't been with you for three and a half years.
09:33I have nothing to do with him.
09:35You have nothing to do with him, why?
09:37Because I don't want nothing to do with him.
09:39He's your son.
09:40Thank God, after today, you're gone, mate.
09:42Good, so are you.
09:43Can I ask you how a mother can say that calmly?
09:47I can.
09:48How?
09:49Because I am.
09:50I've had enough.
09:51It's your relationship with your other children.
09:53My kids calls me.
09:54Oh, it's all the kids, is it?
09:56Well, maybe the common denominator's you, love.
09:59No, don't you talk.
10:00No, no, no.
10:03Hold on a minute.
10:08She just walks off.
10:09Did she tell you that your father wasn't your father?
10:12Yes, she does.
10:13Where's she gone now?
10:14Nothing to say, just run away, yeah?
10:16Why are you running away from your son?
10:18Because he's a little...
10:19That's why.
10:20Lovely, isn't it?
10:22All right, whatever.
10:23Tell you what, I'm going to a break.
10:25I'll catch you after this.
10:26We'll try and calm it down.
10:27Don't go anywhere.
10:28Right back.
10:29Come on, mate, this is utterly ridiculous.
10:30Where's she gone?
10:31Thank you very much.
10:32Have you ever said to the father that he, Colin Zitt Jr.,
10:35is not his son yet?
10:36Never.
10:37Never, never, never.
10:39Never in a million years, Colin.
10:41If your dad wasn't your dad,
10:42what's his name on your birth certificate?
10:45Do you need to find out who is the father of the baby?
10:48Do you need that all-important DNA test?
10:51If you're 18 or over and you want to be considered for the show,
10:54text the word TALK today, plus your name, to 63334.
10:57Text cost 25 pence, plus one standard rate message.
11:00You can call my team today.
11:01It's 09011.
11:03It's 123456.
11:05Calls cost 25 pence, plus your network access charge.
11:08Or email TALK at ITV.com to get in touch with one of my team.
11:14APPLAUSE
11:21Thank you very much indeed. Welcome back.
11:23Listen, you came a long way for this.
11:25I am trying to get you to understand something.
11:27Any person with a brain cell that goes on something like that
11:30and starts effing and jeffing,
11:31I want examples from you as to why this kid is like he is.
11:35He says that you told him his dad's not his dad. Is that true?
11:37No, I have not. Never told him.
11:39Why is he asking for a DNA test, then?
11:41Because his dad's drilled it into his head.
11:43Other people have drilled it into his head
11:45that I cheated on his dad when his dad cheated.
11:47Is his father his father? Yeah, 100%.
11:49So you feel very upset that, in fact, you're getting slated
11:52when, in fact, it was his father who, in effect,
11:55didn't behave well in the marriage? Yeah.
11:57Who are you? Alana, Tracey's friend.
11:59Who are you? What are you...? Whose friend? Tracey's friend.
12:01What's your view of this? You're just going to defend her, yeah?
12:04Have you ever met him? No. What? I've never met him.
12:07Well, then why have you got an opinion, then?
12:09Because she's been there for me!
12:11What can you bring to the party? Support for her.
12:13Yeah, but you're only what she's told you.
12:15You don't know the truth, do you? Go on, then.
12:17I don't know you, right? You don't know me.
12:19But why's she got burns all over her?
12:21Why's she got burns all over her?
12:23Cigarette burns. Why have you got burns all over you?
12:25Because her dad used to smoke.
12:27Yes, he did, Colin!
12:29Colin, you wasn't even born when he used to do that!
12:32All right, so let... Hold on a minute.
12:34So a man burns you and you decide that you'll stay
12:36and have a baby with him?
12:38Oh, man! They want to know.
12:40It's not about the dad, it's about the son.
12:43Listen, you know it is.
12:45It's not about the son because he's sticking up for his dad!
12:48No, he's not talking about his dad.
12:50All right, then. Why don't you talk to him?
12:52He's saying he doesn't believe that his dad's dad.
12:54Talk to him. His dad is not his dad.
12:56Sit down and talk to him.
12:58You're dad! You cannot tell me you're dad...
13:00It's ill! It's true!
13:03My interest is you've never met him.
13:05I want him to talk to his mother!
13:07At the end of the day, every child has one mum and one dad.
13:10Whatever the issues are between them,
13:12it's between mum and dad, not the children.
13:15But when she brings it into it, it's not us.
13:17Children do not come here.
13:19Can I ask you something? You're saying throughout...
13:22Sit down. You're saying through all of this,
13:24the problem here is, is dad's poison is mine, right?
13:27Why don't we start this differently?
13:29Why don't we start this differently?
13:31You keep going on about the fact that this guy...
13:33Can we just do the DNA test, please?
13:35Will you listen to me?
13:37You keep going on about the fact this guy poisons your son against you.
13:40You keep saying, I can't speak to him.
13:42Here is a gilt-edged opportunity for you to speak to him
13:46and take a chance to put your side.
13:49I don't want a relationship!
13:51Do not want a relationship!
13:53It's your son!
13:55I don't want to be a son of a man!
13:58Does she not want...? Can you do me a favour?
14:01She should come and talk to this boy.
14:03She should come and talk to this boy.
14:05They both need to sort things out.
14:07He's sitting here ready to talk to her, isn't he?
14:09Come with me. This is utterly ridiculous.
14:11Never heard anything like it in my life.
14:13You're supposed to be your mother.
14:15Where's she gone?
14:17Where's she gone? Thank you very much.
14:19Jeez, I'm running around like a headless chicken.
14:22..for one minute without anybody else.
14:24Just hear me out. Nobody else say a word.
14:26Not a word to anybody. Be quiet. Listen to me.
14:28Say the dad is what you say he is, right?
14:31And I cannot and will not tell you that that didn't happen.
14:34Hear me out.
14:35What I am trying to say is that today,
14:37here in this environment,
14:39if you just close that a minute and hear me out, right?
14:41She's your son.
14:43Now, I don't think he'd be here
14:45unless he had stuff to say and you had stuff to say.
14:48But all you've had so far at the moment...
14:50Listen to me, darling.
14:52Then show him that.
14:54Come here.
14:56Wait.
14:58..to believe that there's right and wrong on both sides,
15:00but you are going to get nowhere
15:02if the two of you are shouting at each other.
15:04Why did you come speak to her calmly?
15:06Do you need to?
15:07Have you ever...
15:08Shh, shh, shh.
15:09Your dad is 100%.
15:11Your dad have never ever...
15:13Wait, wait. Don't shout. Speak.
15:15You said to Dad in the text and you can't say you didn't
15:18and when we was out, I said,
15:20no, no, he's not your son.
15:22Have you ever said to the father...
15:24You can't lie. Have you ever said to the father...
15:26You can't lie. ..that Colin Zitt Jr is not his son, yes?
15:29Never. Yes, you have. Never, never, never.
15:32Never in a million years, Colin.
15:34If your dad wasn't your dad, why is his name on your birth certificate?
15:37Why is all the kids...
15:39Basically, it could be the name.
15:41Guys, we're going to go round in circles.
15:43You came here... Do the DNA test, please.
15:45..but you have to admit the reason for doing this, right...
15:48Because people have put it into his head.
15:50Do you love your son? Yes, I do.
15:52Do you love your mother? No, I don't.
15:54Can you be quiet, please, at the back?
15:56Seriously? This is the important thing.
15:59You love your son? Yes, I do.
16:01And you know you do. I don't love her.
16:03Yeah, but you see, you can't base that on what your dad says.
16:06That has to be based on you. Why did you come here?
16:08Because I want to do the DNA test and confront her.
16:10So you definitely have to confront her and say what?
16:12Confront her. Why did she treat me like she did?
16:14Right, answer that without shouting.
16:16Did you make mistakes? No, I never made mistakes.
16:18Could you have done better? Can you give me the results, please?
16:21Yeah, maybe. So I've done a DNA test.
16:23So you say that your dad or you were told by her
16:25that he wasn't your dad, yeah?
16:27What does this mean to you? It means a lot.
16:29It means everything to me.
16:31Colin Senior, he is your biological father.
16:34APPLAUSE
16:36It is! What are you doing now, Colin Senior?
16:39What is that? You're doing it again!
16:41400%! I knew he did that!
16:43Now you can go get...
16:45APPLAUSE
16:47Is that Rick?
16:49Do you know what? Just hold on a second.
16:51I'm just going to say this.
16:53There's all sorts of people in the way of the camera.
16:55I can use certain language.
16:57Good luck with your friend because you need to teach her
16:59to wash her mouth out with soap and water.
17:01She runs off with the DNA result.
17:03Yeah, whatever, love. Don't worry, love.
17:05She's the worst example of a mother I've ever seen
17:07and, frankly, I wouldn't want to be a friend of her.
17:09She just said, with those results,
17:11get lost, can I tell you something,
17:13and I'll be as fair and as balanced as I can.
17:15I'm sure there were problems between your parents
17:17and I'm sure there was right and wrong on both sides.
17:19All she said was, you were here because you believed,
17:21through what you've been told, that he wasn't.
17:23You've proven that he is.
17:25You say you don't want a relationship with her.
17:27Four occasions she's running around this damn building.
17:29I'm not chasing her any more.
17:31Any mother watching this would say,
17:33look, whatever's happened between me and the old man,
17:35that's my kid and I'm going to make an effort.
17:37Is it done?
17:39Yeah, it's done now. I don't want nothing to do with her.
17:41That's it. That's sad.
17:43I know, but... What's your relationship like with your dad?
17:45Perfect. I love my dad to bits. Happy?
17:47I'd do anything for my dad.
17:49So you got the news you wanted? Yeah.
17:51All right, listen, sorry.
17:53Don't worry about your stuff, all right?
17:55Can we get something from aftercare, please?
17:57That had all gone in the opposite direction.
17:59Listen, we'll leave you there, we'll get back to you.
18:01Give them a round of applause. Thank you very much indeed, my friends.
18:03You might just recognise my next guest today
18:05from a previous encounter on this very stage.
18:07Take a look at this, my friends.
18:13You need to get your facts right, Lizzie.
18:15Stop swearing.
18:17You know what I've got against you?
18:19You wish...
18:21And I was scared to death.
18:23Stop swearing.
18:25Let's try and get a sentence for that.
18:27You wish...
18:29God, I'm scared, you...
18:35Now, since then, Lizzie says she's been getting non-stop
18:37online abuse from sister-in-law Tammy.
18:39Lizzie says that Tammy has been spreading vicious rumours about her
18:41and is here today to prove that Tammy
18:43has been cheating on Lizzie's brother-in-law,
18:45Tammy's partner, Peter, behind his back.
18:47Lizzie's back on the show!
18:55How are you?
18:57Lizzie, welcome back. Help me out, cos I got a bit confused last time.
18:59You're going out with Stephen. Yeah.
19:01Who's Tammy going out with?
19:03Potter. Peter?
19:05Yeah, Peter. And why are you back?
19:07Because, like, she's been cheating on him,
19:09and I... Is he your brother-in-law?
19:11Is he your brother-in-law? Yeah.
19:13No, I haven't.
19:17So, anyway...
19:19Yeah, I'm going to die, yeah.
19:21Stephen is not
19:23me and your dad.
19:25He is. He's been here for six months.
19:27Sorry, hold on a minute.
19:29She's with Peter. Yeah.
19:31And you think she's cheating on Peter.
19:33She is. Well, we should have...
19:35Dad...
19:37Well, hold on a minute.
19:39Hold on a minute. I'm a bit confused.
19:41What's it up to you?
19:43Well, because she's trying to say that I'm cheating on my fella.
19:45Are you? No.
19:47Where were you in the week?
19:49Oh, do you know... Do you know what?
19:51I don't even... I'm going to get Tammy out of the Jeremy Carr show.
20:03Who's your boyfriend?
20:05Stephen. Where is he? Is he here?
20:07This whole situation between Tammy and Lizzie
20:09is ridiculous. They're both as bad as each other
20:11and these arguments are tearing the family apart.
20:13It has even come in between me and Lizzie.
20:15We're on a break. At the moment, Lizzie messaged me
20:17saying she thinks she could be pregnant.
20:19I was shocked. Were you shocked?
20:21And I want to find out whether or not she's me.
20:23I think it's unfair that they dragged my mum into this.
20:25She shouldn't be there. I want them to resolve the issues
20:27today and maybe me and Lizzie can get back together.
20:29Sit down! Sit down!
20:31Why are you not there? Why are you at loggerheads?
20:33Because she's the one...
20:35She's the one...
20:37When I was pregnant with him?
20:39No, it was this girl.
20:41It was you?
20:43Yeah.
20:45Saying...
20:47I'm really confused.
20:49I am genuinely confused.
20:51This text message... Put that up, please, Matt.
20:53This is very important.
20:55Help me understand what's going on.
20:57What?
20:59Oh, yes. Now I know about this.
21:01On your Facebook...
21:03This is dreadful.
21:05Is it not fair to say that you put her mobile phone up?
21:07Yeah, because she done it to me first.
21:09No, I didn't.
21:11All I'm going to say here is...
21:13Lizzie, you put up her number, didn't you?
21:15Yeah, I did do that.
21:17I admit to it.
21:19Do you think it's fair to put your sister-in-law's number
21:21on a Facebook page advertising that she provides inappropriate...
21:23Well, I only done it because she done it to me first.
21:25What did she do to you?
21:27She's done a lot to me.
21:29Well, what has she done to you? You're like a 12-year-old child
21:31learning over a bag of sweets.
21:33She is more of a child than me.
21:35She told my team...
21:37She said that you said she was like Tesco's open 24-7.
21:39Yes, she is.
21:41She's put my photo on Facebook.
21:43She's got 11 Facebooks.
21:45She was the one who put my picture on Facebook
21:47calling me Mrs Blobby and everything.
21:49And I'm not happy with it.
21:51You told my team she called you an umper lumper.
21:53Yes, she did.
21:55You've got more roles than Greg's.
21:57LAUGHTER
21:59Is that true?
22:01LAUGHTER
22:03So, Peter's your boyfriend.
22:05Yeah.
22:07And you think she's cheating on Peter.
22:09She is.
22:11Let's see what Peter has to say about it.
22:13Peter's on the Jeremy Carl Show. He's coming now.
22:15APPLAUSE
22:17You don't slag my missus off.
22:19She hasn't done nothing to you.
22:21She's got you wrapped around her little finger.
22:23She hasn't got me wrapped around her little finger.
22:25She has to take some money off your foot phone.
22:27Do you know what money's meant for you?
22:29Yeah, I've got money.
22:31You can do better than that, Peter.
22:33I'll do better.
22:35That's disgusting.
22:37That's a disability, you sick woman.
22:39Why are you saying that?
22:41Because she's the one who wished my son dead.
22:43I want you to stop harassing me.
22:45Delete my number off your phone.
22:47Block me on everything and I don't want to know.
22:49And I want you to keep away from the family as well.
22:57MUSIC
23:03Open your legs and let everyone drive in.
23:05Then we'll see.
23:07Go to Tesco's car park and let everybody drive in.
23:13Peter, do you believe she's cheating?
23:15No, I don't think she's cheating.
23:17You don't think she is or you don't know she is?
23:19Has anybody done a lie detector here?
23:21Yeah, I have.
23:23Have you? So we'll find out.
23:25Let everybody explain that to me.
23:27Who's Corinne?
23:29They're mine.
23:31Corinne's on the Jeremy Carr show.
23:33Give her a big round of applause.
23:35APPLAUSE
23:37Look, I'm sick of the both of it now.
23:39It's got to stop.
23:41Because it's making...
23:43You've teared the family apart.
23:45Now stop it.
23:47APPLAUSE
23:49I can't do it no more, no more.
23:51Who's to blame here, Cos?
23:53They're both.
23:55At the end of the day...
23:57You're the one to blame.
23:59You keep on sending me voice notes.
24:01It's not just me.
24:03It's you as well.
24:05It's not just me.
24:07It's not just me.
24:09Sorry, she said what?
24:11She said...
24:13Hold on a minute.
24:15I've done some pretty disgusting things in the last 11 years.
24:17What did you just say she said?
24:19She said...
24:21That's...
24:23That is disgusting.
24:25Did you say that?
24:27That is vile and disgusting and wrong,
24:29and you're an absolute foul-mouthed child
24:31who shouldn't be allowed...
24:33That's disgusting.
24:35That's a disability, you sick woman.
24:37Why are you saying that?
24:39Because she's the one who wished my son dead.
24:41Did you?
24:43No.
24:45Did you?
24:47You're both as bad as each other.
24:49You're blimmin' heads banged together, for God's sake.
24:51You've just sticked the nail on the head.
24:53You need your head banging together.
24:55Do you think that Tammy's cheated on...
24:57What's your name again?
24:59Peter.
25:01No.
25:03So why would she say that, then?
25:05I don't know, just to get her arm back on her.
25:07What proof do you have that she's cheated?
25:09She wasn't at all at the weekend.
25:11The person I actually know has actually told me.
25:13Somebody told you?
25:15Yes.
25:17So what are you going to do, Pete, if she's cheated?
25:19Is it over?
25:21No.
25:23Oh, my God.
25:25Your mum just went, oh, my God.
25:27So you'd be all right with her sleeping with somebody else, would you?
25:29Do you hear that above me?
25:31Oh, my God.
25:33Peter!
25:35This is what I asked you.
25:37I've been with Tammy for nearly enough a year now.
25:39I love her so much.
25:41I don't want to spend the rest of my life with her.
25:43What, even if she's having sex with other people?
25:45I know for a fact she hasn't cheated on me.
25:47You just said if she had cheated, it would be all right.
25:49Have you passed?
25:51Yeah.
25:55Have you done anything?
25:57No.
25:59Well, then there'd be a more resounding yes, wouldn't there?
26:05No.
26:07We asked Tammy, since the start of your relationship with Peter,
26:09have you had sexual intercourse with anyone else?
26:11She said no. Why did she say no?
26:13Because I was telling the truth.
26:15She was telling the truth!
26:23What about a story for spreading malicious lies?
26:25I do apologize.
26:27Great.
26:29Since the start of your...
26:31Peter's crying now.
26:33Do you think this is good, to let him cry?
26:35On national TV?
26:37Nobody says national TV.
26:39Mother's not happy with you now.
26:41I'm not running anywhere, I'm knackered.
26:43I can't... I can't knack it.
26:45Since the start of your relationship with Peter,
26:47have you had sexual contact with anyone else?
26:49She said no, because she was telling the truth
26:51on that question as well.
26:57Since the start of your relationship with Peter,
26:59have you passionately kissed anybody else?
27:01You know what, Lizzie, here's the thing.
27:03You owe her a massive apology, because she passed
27:05every single question.
27:07Come on.
27:11I want you to stop harassing me.
27:13I want you to stop harassing me.
27:15Delete my number off your phone.
27:17Block me on everything, and I don't want to know you,
27:19and I want you to keep away from the family as well.
27:21You've got to stop acting like a couple of kids,
27:23because you...
27:25It's making me ill.
27:27It's making me ill? I've met them twice.
27:29Peter, can you hear me?
27:31Yeah. She passed every single question, my friend.
27:33She was telling you the truth.
27:37It's really simple to me.
27:39It's really, really simple.
27:41Both of you are to blame.
27:43You've both said some horribly wicked things.
27:45You've both used social media to slag each other off
27:47and to point score.
27:49And essentially, at the end of the day,
27:51if you want to be taken as adults
27:53and not stupid little children,
27:55stop your bitch-fest and get on with your own lives.
27:57That's the point, isn't it?
28:01Let me start by asking,
28:03you've made mistakes and said some terrible things,
28:05haven't you? We all do.
28:07And you have as well, haven't you? Yeah.
28:09So why don't you both apologise to each other
28:11and go in separate directions and get on with your lives?
28:13Isn't that simple? Say sorry to her.
28:15I apologise.
28:17They're going to say it at the same time now.
28:19She needs a rest and I need a damn rest as well.
28:21Are we all right with that? Yeah.
28:23Brilliant. You two go that way, you two go that way.
28:29Good luck to them. My next guest today, Katie,
28:31is here to prove to her family that she's not a thief.
28:33Katie says that when her mother Karen's birthday money went missing
28:35just a few weeks ago,
28:37the family immediately pointed the finger at her.
28:39She says that she believes her mother's
28:41toy boy fiancé Craig is the one that took the dosh
28:43to finance his gambling problem
28:45and today she says,
28:47you might all think it's me, but I'm going to prove
28:49my innocence and he will be guilty.
28:51Katie, on the Kyle Show, that way.
28:53APPLAUSE
29:01So it's the archetypal story.
29:03You're the person
29:05who's being accused.
29:07Now, I have to point out to everybody, you're a close-knit family,
29:09nobody actually genuinely is pointing the finger,
29:11which is good. No, not at all.
29:13Karen's your mum? Yep.
29:15In a relationship three years. Why would everybody
29:17point the finger at you?
29:19Well, because I've got a past like everyone else.
29:21I've got a past. What, you've stolen before? Yep.
29:23From who?
29:25Why? Because...
29:27genuine mistake.
29:29How can it be a mistake to steal something
29:31from somebody? Well...
29:33Isn't it premeditated?
29:35It's not wrong. What did she steal?
29:37Police station. I can't hear you. Why have you gone quiet?
29:39Police station. Did she give it back to her?
29:41Yep. But they believe
29:43that because you've done it before, you could do it again.
29:45No.
29:47No-one's pointing the finger at me.
29:49I mean, obviously, my sister's stolen
29:51and...
29:53everyone, really.
29:55So, basically, Craig the toyboy lover,
29:57has he got a past of stealing?
29:59I think so.
30:01Well, you say you think so, love. I don't know.
30:03You're here because you told my team
30:05everyone's pointing the finger at each other, it's ridiculous,
30:07it's causing a rift. I know
30:09I'm going to pass, but
30:11the fact of the matter is, I've stolen before.
30:13And then you sit there and you go, I don't know.
30:15You told my team, Craig has taken my mum's thing
30:17from a cash converters before. You told us that.
30:19Yeah. So he has stolen.
30:21Yeah. And you've stolen.
30:23And your sister, Laura, is that right? Yep.
30:25Has she stolen? Yeah.
30:27So you might be a close-knit family, but you're all a bunch of tea leaves.
30:29Let's get Craig on the Jeremy Cowell Show.
30:31APPLAUSE
30:39You've stolen stuff before, yeah?
30:41No.
30:43There are moments in my life
30:45when I want to disappear. She says that you had.
30:47I've never stolen before.
30:49He's never... Are you going to say anything now?
30:51No.
30:53I would never ever steal off of... But she says you've got to...
30:55Well, she did say, now she's turned into somebody
30:57who doesn't say anything, but... No, obviously when mum used to
30:59go out, he used to bag stuff up.
31:01LAUGHTER
31:03LAUGHTER
31:05APPLAUSE
31:09You told my team he nixed
31:11up from a mother, your mother, and went to cash
31:13converters, did you? No.
31:15She says you've got a gambling addiction, have you?
31:17I used to, but... No, he used to. I said he used to.
31:19I used to have a gambling addiction, but I've stopped.
31:21You told my team...
31:23Nobody's really accusing me. And then you said,
31:25well, when I pass the test, I want a massive apology from everyone.
31:27Yeah. So people are blaming you?
31:29Well, no. Yeah.
31:31No, no-one's blaming me.
31:33Who's Karen? Is she your mum?
31:35Yep. Probably told me the money didn't go missing
31:37in the first place. Karen's on the Jeremy Cowell Show.
31:39It's going so well.
31:41APPLAUSE
31:49Oh, hello.
31:51You're out to tell me there was no money in the first place.
31:53In fact, it never happened.
31:55Yeah, there was money missing, yeah.
31:57Right, can we cut to the chase, cos it's fine that
31:59everybody's lovely, but you see, the thing is,
32:01Kayleigh did say he's got a gambling problem
32:03and it probably... He did have over three years ago.
32:05She did say that, well, she's saying nothing now.
32:07And he did say his instinct
32:09thought it was Kayleigh.
32:11We didn't actually point his fingers at Kayleigh.
32:13This is...
32:17Who do you think stole the money?
32:19I don't know. It could be anybody.
32:21What if it is one of these people
32:23or you've got another...
32:25You've got another daughter coming out, Laura.
32:27What if your boyfriend, the bloke you're with,
32:29has stolen from you?
32:31Well, to be honest, it was his money as well,
32:33so I don't understand why he'd steal his own money, so...
32:35It was both of his money.
32:37Do you care about this at all?
32:39Yeah, I do, yeah.
32:41What it was, Jeremy, is I got...
32:43My partner gave me that money...
32:45Did you steal it?
32:47No.
32:49Cos I gave that money that was given to me
32:51so I could get me partner a birthday present.
32:53Right.
32:55You know what I mean.
32:57So where did it go?
32:59I don't know.
33:01Did you steal it?
33:03No.
33:05You were a shoplifter, though, weren't you, Laura?
33:07Used to be.
33:09Brilliant. All right, Laura's on the Jeremy Cowell Show.
33:11APPLAUSE
33:17Laura, so you were a shoplifter?
33:19In the past, but I've changed my life around.
33:21But...
33:23I've got myself a job, I've put my head down,
33:25I've got a career.
33:27Good girl.
33:29I've got myself an education.
33:31At the end of the day, I was young.
33:33Not as I know of, no.
33:35Who do you think did it?
33:37I don't know. That's why we're here.
33:39The money went missing. How long ago?
33:41Oh, a couple of weeks ago.
33:43OK. It was money that was meant for a birthday.
33:45If we're looking at the facts in front of us,
33:47and I absolutely get, by the way,
33:49a lot of people come out and point the finger,
33:51some people don't want to, that's absolutely all right.
33:53You had previous, a little bit,
33:55intimated that you thought
33:57it might well be your mother's toyboy fiancé
33:59because this guy had a gambling addiction.
34:01Yes? I mean, everyone did, yeah.
34:03OK. I'm not having a go, I'm just saying.
34:05You say, absolutely not, never stolen from her,
34:07did have a gambling addiction, wouldn't do that,
34:09was money that I wanted to spend on my fiancé.
34:11Laura, you came out and said, yeah, look, I've got previous,
34:13changed my life,
34:15people will always judge, yeah.
34:17Listen, we all know that, but
34:19we're here because we need the answers.
34:21I'm going to go along the line because I'm interested.
34:23Forget loyalty one minute.
34:25Kayleigh, who do you think stole the money?
34:27I don't know.
34:29Laura?
34:31I don't have a clue.
34:33We all have suspicions but we can't say nothing on here
34:35because, you know, there's obvious reasons
34:37but we've all got, you know, backgrounds
34:39so that's why we're just here to prove.
34:41What you're saying is, don't want to say it in case
34:43it isn't that person and then it causes hell.
34:45Let's just do that.
34:47OK, that's fair enough, that's OK.
34:49I'm going to start with you, Laura.
34:51Very honest about the fact that you've done it before.
34:53Two questions on a theft lie detector as ever.
34:55Who do you think it is?
34:57We asked Laura, did you steal the money that went missing
34:59in your mum's bedroom?
35:01You said no. Why did you say no?
35:03Because I was telling the truth.
35:05Of course she was telling the truth.
35:07Just so everybody's aware,
35:09when you're doing a theft lie detector as well,
35:11Karen, just in case somebody's implicated,
35:13hasn't done it but knows who's done it,
35:15we asked Laura, did you know for sure who stole the money
35:17in your mum's bedroom? She said no.
35:19She was telling the truth throughout the whole test.
35:21APPLAUSE
35:25Who do you want next, your daughter or your boyfriend?
35:27Go on, let's not say I don't know.
35:29Let's actually make a decision on the Jeremy Carl show.
35:31What would you like?
35:33Boyfriend.
35:35Not you, I'm asking her.
35:37What do you want? Boyfriend.
35:39How long have you been with Craig? Over four years.
35:41Four years. Do you think he's capable of doing this?
35:43I don't think...
35:45None of them are, to be honest.
35:47We asked Craig, did you steal the money that went missing
35:49from your mum's bedroom? He said no.
35:51What did you say, no? He was telling the truth.
35:53He was telling the truth, ladies and gentlemen.
35:55APPLAUSE
35:57Do you know for sure who stole the money that went missing
35:59from yours and Karen's bedroom? Craig said no.
36:01He covered and cleared both questions.
36:03Give him a round of applause.
36:05APPLAUSE
36:11Why are you crying, pal?
36:13Why are you crying? It's all right.
36:15That's the reality, it's horrible.
36:17Honestly, I know we've one to do,
36:19but it's good that you're not going to go
36:21and blame each other, because...
36:23And to be fair,
36:25if you're honest now, girls,
36:27you did think it was him, didn't you?
36:29I can't say...
36:31The only suspicion was, obviously,
36:33Craig was the one who put the money away,
36:35he was the last person to see the money
36:37and the first person to notice it went missing.
36:39You're the only person who hasn't actually had
36:41your lie detector results read out, though, aren't you?
36:43Eh?
36:45You haven't had any of the results read out so far.
36:47So from where I'm standing, you're still the one
36:49who hasn't been cleared, right? Not yet.
36:51But what?
36:53Anything to admit at all? Nope.
36:55We asked Kayleigh, did you steal the money
36:57that went missing out of the tin in your mother's bedroom?
36:59You said no. Why did you say no?
37:01She was telling the truth as well.
37:03APPLAUSE
37:09She cleared both questions.
37:11Give her a round of applause.
37:17The truth of the matter is,
37:19and, you know, we have to be careful now,
37:21you have to be careful because they'll go,
37:23or somebody else, but it is actually a lesson
37:25and it's an interesting one because it is very easy
37:27for people to come in and go,
37:29and then you cause all sorts of trouble.
37:31People do look to point the finger,
37:33people do look to try and excuse themselves.
37:35You will pass the test and fair play to you.
37:37That doesn't help you find out who the culprit is,
37:39but it means that those closest and dearest to you,
37:41you know that you can trust, which is...
37:43I'm really happy. That's the important point.
37:45And if it improves the relationship,
37:47I'm just saying, there's not that suspicion now,
37:49there's not that doubt, so we'll ask all four of you
37:51to go that way. Give them a round of applause.
37:53APPLAUSE
37:55Thanks a lot. Nice to see you.
37:57We'll change track. After this break,
37:59we'll meet a man who made the brave decision
38:01to donate his sperm only for it all to end in tragedy.
38:03I'm right back. Don't go anywhere.
38:05I wanted to be a father. They wanted to be mothers.
38:07We all got friends, so we decided to be a family.
38:09We all got friends, so we decided to have a baby.
38:11You were really keen when we spoke to the swine
38:13to play this video on the show. Why?
38:15Cos it's the only video we've got of him smiling.
38:29Have you been accused of cheating?
38:31Do you need to prove your innocence with a lie detector?
38:33If you're 18 or over and you want to be considered for the show,

38:57APPLAUSE
38:59Welcome back.
39:01My next guest today, Rob,
39:03made an incredibly selfless decision to donate his sperm
39:05to help his friends Bev and Kelly have a baby.
39:07Rob says they were all overjoyed
39:09when, on the third attempt, Kelly fell pregnant,
39:11but tragedy sadly struck when, at two weeks of age,
39:13the baby was diagnosed with a rare condition
39:15that eventually took its life.
39:17Rob is here today to share their story.
39:19He says this is massively important for all of them
39:21to help them move on.
39:23Rob, he's on the Jeremy Carr Show.
39:25That's right.
39:27Give him a round of applause.
39:29APPLAUSE
39:35Nice to meet you.
39:37Take a seat.
39:39We wanted to do this story because I think it's very important
39:41that people are educated, strange enough,
39:43and understand situations like this.
39:45Let me ask you a question.
39:47You're 34. Yes.
39:49Single. Yes.
39:51Bev and Kelly in a relationship, friends of yours.
39:53At what point did you think,
39:55I'll help you out?
39:57Was it because they were friends?
39:59Was it because you wanted to be a father?
40:01Tell me. Well, both.
40:03I wanted to be a father. They wanted to be mothers.
40:05We are good friends,
40:07so we decided to have a baby.
40:09What was going to be your role?
40:11Had that ever been discussed?
40:13Well, yeah, a full-time dad.
40:15We sat down and discussed this even before we started
40:17thinking about this.
40:19Can you briefly explain what the illness was?
40:21Yeah, it's called SMA.
40:23It's Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
40:25It's like a disease
40:27that demolishes your muscles,
40:29so you wasn't getting any stronger.
40:31You took him home, didn't you?
40:33We did. We took him home, yeah.
40:35He died in his sleep.
40:37Let's get the girls out.
40:39Really pleased that they came here, actually.
40:41Kelly and Bev on the Jeremy car show.
40:43Give them a round of applause.
40:45APPLAUSE
40:53Who's who?
40:55I'm Bev.
40:57Hi, Bev.
40:59Um...
41:01This is the memory box.
41:03Why did you come here, Kelly?
41:05I just wanted to, like,
41:07because obviously all the other, like,
41:09couples, gay couples and that,
41:11don't want to have kids and stuff.
41:13I just get tested for anything before you do.
41:15Is there a gene? What...
41:17Um...
41:19Everyone has a bad gene,
41:21but if you come in contact with the same person
41:23who's got the same gene, then it'll have a disability or...
41:25But with me and Rob,
41:27we have the SMA gene
41:29and cos it's...
41:31both come from us,
41:33it mean that TJ, Carrie,
41:35he actually had SMA.
41:37Might it be different with you? Is that an option or...?
41:39Yeah, well, we were going to have a baby anyway
41:41in, like, a couple of years.
41:43It was always the plan.
41:45We both decided to have one child each from Rob
41:47and we're all one family.
41:49It's really nice.
41:51You were really keen when we spoke to this morning
41:53to play this video on the show. Why?
41:55It's all video of him. Why?
41:57Cos it's the only video we've got of him smiling.
41:59Can you play it for me, Matt?
42:01It's just going to be on that screen behind you guys.
42:09Very sad.
42:11Aw!
42:15Do you know why I wanted to do this story?
42:17Because I agree with you.
42:19There are a lot of gay couples who want to have kids.
42:21I actually am going to say what I said to the production team.
42:23I think you're an amazing man, by the way,
42:25and I think it's fantastic.
42:27APPLAUSE
42:29I think, on the one hand,
42:31it should give gay couples the hope
42:33that there are men out there like that,
42:35but you look in his eyes
42:37and the loss was powerful to him as well.
42:39I think you make a very good point about the warning.
42:41I think the medical checks are obvious.
42:43But these situations, I'm afraid,
42:45will always, always lead me to say this,
42:47which is, it just annoys me
42:49because I spend a large amount of my time
42:51talking to people who seemingly don't care
42:53too much about their kids,
42:55and I look into your eyes and his eyes
42:57and I know that, in a way,
42:59it's happened to the wrong sort of people
43:01if it's ever going to happen,
43:03but I think, moving forward,
43:05then hopefully you can make a fresh start with Rob,
43:07and I, you know...
43:09You obviously need help.
43:11The loss is written over all of your faces.
43:13Have you had any help, any of you?
43:15Not yet, no.
43:17Well, listen, the bereavement counselling service,
43:19listen, will do, I promise you.
43:21You get the best, and I hope that, in the long run,
43:23you can turn it round and try again,
43:25and, you know, for TJ's memory,
43:27I think it's important that you came here and talked about it,
43:29and I'm really, really grateful, OK?
43:31We'll ask you all to go that way.
43:33Graham will meet you and we'll sort some stuff out.
43:35Give him a round of applause. Thank you, guys.
43:37APPLAUSE
43:39Good luck to them. We wish them the very best of luck moving forward.
43:42Now, earlier on in the show, I met Tracy and Colin,
43:44mother and son, quite literally, at Loggerheads.
43:46Take a look at this, my friends.
43:49You know, I used to say to my team, I'll disown my mum
43:51if she's lied about who my dad is.
43:53She's controlling, she's manipulative and she's easy.
43:55You're saying that about your own mum on national television.
43:57She's easy. Yeah, she is. She'll go with anything.
43:59AUDIENCE GROANS
44:01What are you here today for, son?
44:03Well, DNHS, to see if my dad is my dad.
44:05He's lying! Lying?
44:07You're a liar!
44:09You have nothing to do with him. Why?
44:11Because I don't want nothing to do with him. He came from you.
44:13He's your son. You're a monkey.
44:15Thank God, after today, you're gone, mate. Good, so are you.
44:17Why are you running away from your son?
44:19Cos he's a little... That's why.
44:21Have you ever said to the father... You can't lie.
44:23..that he, Colin Junior, is not his son?
44:25Never. Yes, you have.
44:27Never, never, never.
44:29Never in a million years, Colin.
44:31If your dad was, if your dad was, his name on your birth certificate...
44:33Colin Senior, he is your biological father.
44:37What else is it? It is! What are you doing now, Colin Senior?
44:42Well, the cameras continue to follow the action
44:44minutes after the guests left the studio.
44:46Take a look at this. More, my friends.
44:48This is mine. No, no, no, no.
44:50I want the DNA copy. No, it's mine.
44:52I'm asking you, like, the kindest of my heart.
44:54You see what you do to me?
44:56This is all... You always run away from me.
44:59Colin, I'm proved that your dad is your dad.
45:02You always run away. I'm not running away from you.
45:05Yes, you are. You turn round and say...
45:07You're going from there to Waterway. Listen to me, son.
45:09You turn round and told me that you...
45:11I'm sick of it. I want the card.
45:13That's the end of it. You're not having the card.
45:15Whatever, I can't do it. See you.
45:18Grae, I just think, before we finish today,
45:20I wanted to give people an insight, watching this,
45:22into what happens from that point onwards in terms of aftercare.
45:25They're at loggerheads. He's found out that his father is his father.
45:28They're shouting and screaming. What do you do? How do you handle that?
45:32In the beginning, once the show's over,
45:35it's all about emotional containment
45:37because there's absolutely no way you can bring those two people together
45:41and get a resolve. They're emotionally high,
45:44and so what you do then is separate them
45:46and then interview them both
45:48because you want to know
45:50whether they actually want a relationship with each other.
45:53If they don't want a relationship with each other,
45:55that will end the conflict.
45:57They can walk away and never see each other again.
45:59In that case, both parties were saying
46:01they wanted a relationship with each other.
46:03But then you need to know if they prioritise that,
46:06if it's at the top of their list.
46:08Because if two people don't want a relationship with each other,
46:12just walk away...
46:13What's the ultimate goal for us as a show?
46:16And in terms of if they want, say, in that case, to have a relationship,
46:19what do we do to facilitate that?
46:21OK, well, if they want the relationship,
46:23then we can start that process here
46:25and then they can continue that when they get home.
46:27So, therefore, they can go to mediation sessions
46:30so that you have somebody there
46:32that's going to mediate between the two,
46:34identify what those problems are,
46:36more importantly, find solutions to those problems.
46:39So, we'll be seeing some pictures, I think, in a sec.
46:41The members of the aftercare team would speak to them separately
46:44and calm them down and understand.
46:46We see it there, Karen with her,
46:48and understanding what they want to get
46:50and then trying to bring them together.
46:52In those instances, how many times out of ten do you succeed
46:54and how many times do you fail?
46:56Is it down to you guys or is it down to the individuals concerned?
46:58It's always going to be down to the individuals.
47:00Always, always, always.
47:02Sometimes it's disappointing that only one person in that relationship
47:06wants to continue the relationship.
47:08The other person does not.
47:10Therefore, it's not possible.
47:12It must be about two people wanting that relationship.
47:15But for tracing, Colin, they wanted that relationship and it worked.
47:18They wanted that relationship
47:20and there what you saw was Karen getting emotional containment.
47:24So, when those emotions have subsided somewhat,
47:27then they can start thinking more logically, more rationally.
47:30How would you describe the work that you and the aftercare team do?
47:33Essential?
47:35It is essential as part of the show
47:38because this show is about conflict resolution.
47:41And so, we see the conflict, but we need to get a result to that.
47:44But I think what people may misunderstand is
47:47is that everybody walks away happy.
47:50It's a long-term issue sometimes.
47:53So, we can start the process here
47:56and then we have the help and support.
47:58Ongoing.
47:59It's ongoing and we've got help and support of many agencies out there,
48:02lots of counsellors out there.
48:04It depends on what aftercare we prescribe, but it's ongoing.
48:07It's never all sorted out at the studio.
48:10Fantastic. Graeme Stanley, ladies and gentlemen!
48:12CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
48:15I wanted to explain that to you this morning out of time.

48:25CHEERING AND APPLAUSE
48:51THE END
