00:07well as a yearling and we thought we'd penhook her so she went to the OBS July sale, or June

00:14Had a very good breeze and ended up failing the vet for 16 different people.
00:18I thought we were going to make some house money on her but we didn't.
00:22And Aaron, in his infinite wisdom, bought her and kept her with us and five weeks later
00:28she broke her maiden first time out at Saratoga.
00:32She's been training great.
00:33She's been a really genuine filly training and in her races, I mean she's really done
00:37little wrong.
00:38I made a very big error running her against Echo Zulu last year, but outside of that she's
00:43run really well.
00:44This is Empress Tigress and we bought her out of the OBS April sale I believe, but she
00:51had a very, very good breeze.
00:53Took her quite some time to get over the sail, you know, we were hoping to run her at two,
00:58we didn't get a chance to, but the Strawbridges are incredible owners and they just gave her
01:02all the time she needed.
01:04And she's done little wrong in her two starts, so we're kind of excited about her.
01:09She's probably going to be fourtly placed, but she also has an ability to kind of lay
01:13off if there's any kind of speed element.
01:16I mean, you hate running two fillies against each other, but there's not too many spots
01:20going five and a half, especially after this, so we'll just kind of let both fillies run
01:26their race.
01:27I assume she'd be fourtly placed, but kind of sitting off the pace and go from there.
01:31But there's a lot of other fillies to beat.
