Kobi chi Bhaji daal ghalun / Cabbage receipe
Ingredients : -
½ kg – Cabbage / Kobi
1 small bowl – chana daal
7-8 – garlic cloves
7-8 – Green chillies
½ - tea spoon – cumin seeds
½ - tea spoon – turmeric powder
2-3 - table spoon oil for temper/ tadka
Salt for taste
Fresh bunch of coriander leaves
Procedure –
Heat oil in kadai/ pan for temper/tadka, put first cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies, turmeric powder,cabbage, chana daal & salt to taste, one by one. Mix it well. Cook it for 5-7 minutes on low flame, covered.
Finally garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot with chappatis.
