Chickpeas/Chole/Kabuli Chana - 2 cups
Onion - 1 medium
Tomato - 1 medium
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 4 small cloves
Curry leaves - 2 strings
Grated Coconut paste - ½ Cup
Green chili - 2
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Kashmiri Red Chilies Powder- 2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Water- As required
Coconut oil - 3 tablespoon
Mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
