Ukadlelya aandyachi bhaji / Boiled egg receipe
Ingredients
8 – boiled eggs
6 – small onions
7-8 garlic cloves
1 table spoon – coriander powder
½ table spoon – garam masala
½ table spoon – red chilli powder
½ tea spoon – turmeric powder
3-4 table spoon – oil
Salt for taste
Fresh bunch of coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Peel off & cut the boil eggs in small pieces & keep it a side.
Heat oil in a kadai for temper/tadka, put one by one all ingredients, first garlic cloves, then onions, salt for taste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, stir it for 2 minutes, then put boiled eggs, mix it well, cover the lid for 2 minutes on small flame & its ready to eat.
Finally garnish it with fresh coriander leaves & serve hot hot with chapati / roti.
