Mirchyanchi Bhaji / Fat Green chillies pakoda
Ingredients
6-7 Fat Green chillies
1 bowl / vati - chana flour / besan
1 small glass - water
Salt for taste
½ litre – oil
Procedure
Divide fat green chilly into two pieces. Cut each of them from the middle & put pinch of salt in between & keep it a side.
Take dry chana flour, put 1 small glass of water, salt to taste & 3-4 spoon of oil. Mix it well. Make a medium thick batter.
Heat oil in kadai for deep fry purpose. Take one by one chilly from batter & deep fry it in oil, till its colour get golden brown.
Our fat green chilly pakodas are ready to eat. Serve it hot hot.
