Bhuna Murgh:
Ingredients:
Chicken (cut in small pieces) 600 gram
Clarified butter ½ cup
Chopped onion 1 large
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Whole red chili 5-6
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
All spices powder ½ tsp
Green coriander, green chili as required
Yogurt 250 gram
Turmeric ¼ tsp
White cumin powder ¾ tsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Caraway seed ¾ tsp
Method:
Heat clarified butter and sauté onion ,ginger ,garlic and whole red chili .then small pieces of chicken and all masala mix well then add yogurt .after this all spices mix and ½ cup of water add and cook till than chicken tender .finally Caraway seed ,green coriander and green chili mix and serve .

Chanay ke daal palak ka saag :
Ingredients:
Boiled gram lentils 2 cup
Finely cut spinach 2 cup
Chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 1
Boiled chopped tomatoes 2
Clarified butter ½ cup
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Green chili 2-3
White cumin powder ¾ tsp
Green coriander for garnishing
Method:
Heat oil and fry chopped ginger garlic fry .then tomatoes ,salt ,chili and turmeric add and roast masala well .after this finely cut spinach mix and cook for few minutes ..now boiled gram lentil ,white cumin and green chili add and leave on dum .finally remove and garnish with green coriander .

Mini katluma :
For dough ingredients:
Flour 2-1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
For topping:
Flour 1 cup
Salt, chili, turmeric as required
Finely cut green coriander, green chili as required
Crushed coriander, cumin 1-1/2 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
Yellow food color 2 pinch
Oil for frying
Soaked white lentil 1 tbsp
Method:
for dough ingredients mix and knead. then mix all filling ingredients and make thick mixture. After this make small balls and rolling then apply gram mixture .then mark with fork and fry in oil .

Namkeen lassi :
Ingredients:
Yogurt 250 grams
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Rose water 1 tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Ice as required
Method:
All ingredients blend and mix well then serve .
