Lal bhopla Bhaji / Pumpkin receipe

Ingredients

400 gm – lal bhopla
9-10 garlic cloves
5-6 green chillies
1 tea spoon – cumin seeds
½ tea spoon – turmeric powder
Salt for taste
Fresh bunch of coriander leaves.

Procedure –

First of all, cut the pumpkin / lal bhopla into small pieces & put them in water for a wash.
Heat oil in kadai for temper/tadka, put cumin seeds, garlic cloves, green chillies, turmeric powder, pumpkin pieces, salt for taste, mix well in tadka, cover the lid on high flame only for two minutes, soak remaining water on high flame & its ready to eat.
Finally garnish it with coriander leaves & serve hot with chapati/ roti.
