Olya Naralachi amti / Coconut gravy
Receipe

Ingredients

1 medium size grated coconut
5-6 garlic cloves
1 green chilly
3 spoon coriander powder
3 spoon red chilly powder
½ small oinion
2 small potatoes
3-4 glass water
5-6 kokam
/ garcinia indica
Salt for taste

Procedure

Take grated coconut, red chilly powder, coriander powder, ½ onion, garlic cloves, water, in a mixture, mix it well & bring it to a thin paste. Heat pan/kadai with 2-3 spoon of oil, put 1 green chilly, paste of coconut mixture, potatoes, water & salt in it, after one boil, put 5-6 kokam / garcinia indica in it, bring it to boil again on high flame. After boiled, low the flame & cover the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Now our naralachi amti / coconut gravy, is ready to eat with chappatis & rice. Serve it hot hot.
