Ingredients
• 1 cup – chopped coriander leaves
• Half cup – dry coconut powder
3/4 cup - white til (sesame seeds)
• Half table spoon – poppy seeds (khus khus)
• 1 table spoon – red chilly powder
• Half table spoon – garam masala
• 2 table spoon – oil
• 1 cup maida – (all purpose flour)
• Half cup – besan ( gram flour)
• Oil for deep fry
• Salt for taste
How to prepare
Mix well chopped coriander leaves, dry coconut powder, garam masala, 1 table spoon of oil, poppy seeds, red chilly powder and salt for taste. Keep it aside.
On another hand heat oil in kadai for deep fry.
For kneeding take maida, besan, heated oil 1 table spoon and salt for taste. Kneed and keep it aside for atleast half an hour.
