00:00Hello, good evening. There's some heavy rain to come for many north-eastern areas through
00:04the rest of the night. But it is turning drier from the west for the next few days, leading
00:09us into a fine weekend. But a further risk of thunderstorms across Scotland, and then
00:13that rain will push into eastern areas of northern England, and there's a yellow rain
00:17warning in force here. Through the rest of the night, some very heavy rain and possibly
00:21some localised flooding by the morning is possible for parts of northern England, south-eastern
00:25Scotland as well. We'll also see some rain push into parts of Wales, possibly into south-western
00:30England as well, so many at risk of a heavy shower through tonight. But across the south
00:34and east, it will turn much drier and clearer through the night. We could see some mist
00:38and fog around by tomorrow morning as well. Temperatures similar to last night, to northerly
00:43wind. It's quite a brisk breeze, so I think that should hold temperatures up, but it will
00:46still be a fairly fresh start to the day on Thursday with limited sunshine. Still another
00:52showery day to come on Thursday. Low pressure is still close by, and this occluded front
00:57will bring a band of showery rain to central areas to start the day. So, a cloudy and fairly
01:02damp start for parts of Wales, central areas of England into the east as well. But as the
01:07afternoon progresses, the rain will become increasingly focused across south-eastern
01:11areas, whereas in the west, it will turn much drier and brighter through the day as high
01:16pressure is slowly starting to build in for the end of the week. So, in the sunshine,
01:21it won't feel too bad. But as I said, we do have this northerly wind. So, if you are
01:24across any north-facing coasts on the mountains at all, you will feel a bit of a chill in
01:29the air from that northerly wind. But UV levels will still be high in any sunshine across
01:34western areas. Now, the rain continues to push eastwards through Thursday night and
01:39into Friday morning, and it will turn much drier and clearer by the time we get to the
01:43start of Friday. So, it's likely to be a fairly bright start to the end of the week. With
01:48clearer skies, it will be a slightly cooler night on Thursday night, temperatures dipping
01:52down into single figures for many of us. But I think once the sun comes up, it should warm
01:57up quite quickly. Though there is still this northerly wind bringing that chillier feel,
02:01and it will actually feel fairly cool across the east coast where it stays quite wet through
02:05the day on Friday. A different story though, further west with plenty of sunshine, particularly
02:10in the morning, I think the sunshine will turn a bit hazier, skies will turn a bit cloudier
02:15as we head into the afternoon for some areas. But parts of Northern Ireland, western Wales,
02:19parts of Cornwall as well, it should stay fairly dry and bright and it will feel fairly
02:25warm in that sunshine. Temperatures up into the low 20s for some of us. But as I said,
02:29still a fairly cool feel across the south and east lasting for much of Friday. The rain
02:36will gradually clear away from the east though as we head towards the weekend, and that's
02:39because this area of high pressure is becoming more widespread for the weekend, pushing
02:45in from the west, bringing many of us a dry and fine upcoming weekend. But if you'd like
