00:00I would like to talk about the attempts of the Kyiv regime to lift restrictions on strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation. As you know,

00:13the Kyiv regime and its Western curators continue to rage in pursuit of inflicting on us, as they say,

00:22the notorious strategic defeat. In the conditions of a steadily worsening situation for Ukraine on

00:30the front, the Kyiv regime has taken up the promotion of, as they say, a new plan.

00:38They still have enough conscience to call it a victory plan. In their place,

00:43I would formulate this closer to reality. For them this is a new plan of disaster.

00:47They continue to beg the West to lift restrictions on strikes on Russian territory with long-range

00:55weapons. Ukrainian Defense Minister Umarov even handed over a list of targets on Russian territory

01:05to his American curators. Well, what does this activity of the Zelensky regime indicate? This

01:10shows that they are completely divorced from reality. This shows

01:17that they do not spare anyone in Ukraine, neither their citizens

01:23nor those who may have dragged into the ranks of the armed forces by force.

01:27They are not interested in the future of the country either. In addition,

01:34they do not care about regional or global security. They do everything

01:38that only leads to further dangerous for the whole world

01:43to the escalation of terrorist activity of their own neo-Nazi formations.

01:50We already see the direct involvement of the West in the conflict in Ukraine.

01:57The collective West is literally the main customer and the main instigator of the military

02:02aggression of the Kiev regime. And it is increasingly openly and brazenly demonstrating

02:08its direct participation as an interested party. Some time ago, we heard them assuring us

02:20that their main and exclusive goal is to support the Kiev regime on the path to democracy.

02:24They said that they support the Kiev regime exclusively in the struggle for its own

02:32independence and security. Now the West's calls and statements have become so overt

02:41that they themselves are a direct threat.

02:46NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg, in a conversation with German media on August 31,

02:53fully supported Zelensky's Kursk adventure.

02:59He literally agreed with the arguments of the so-called President of Ukraine

03:05in the literal sense of the word he is only called President. So,

03:10Stoltenberg agreed with Zelensky's arguments about creating a buffer zone in the Russian border

03:15region. I don't know what they mean by a buffer zone.

03:23Perhaps these are the graves of Ukrainians who will appear there. I don't know. I see

03:30undisguised cynicism. I see an absolutely bestial attitude of the Kiev regime towards its citizens.

03:36Maybe they mean by a buffer zone that they will hide behind the bodies of Ukrainians.

03:48What is Zelensky's buffer zone in the Russian border regions?

04:30were about, as he said, Ukraine's right to self-defense, which does not end at the border.

04:36For example, Stoltenberg for some reason does not talk about the right to self-defense of

04:43the population of Donbass and now also other Russian regions that are subjected to terrorist

04:49attacks by the neo-Nazi Kiev regime, I don't know. Maybe he has some problems with geography or logic.

04:58But this approach must be systemic. On August 29,

05:03as part of an informal meeting of the European Union foreign ministers,

05:07I don't even know what to call him. He used to be the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine,

05:12Kuliba. Now news has come

05:16that he is no longer a minister and has submitted his resignation. So, in Brussels,

05:23the head of European diplomacy Borel praised the Kiev regime, direct quote,

05:28for the great strategic courage

05:32that the Kiev regime showed by launching an attack on the Kursk region. What does this look like?

05:38These are direct quotes from the Nazis of the Third Reich,

05:50who threw children into the Hitler Youth and thanked them in this way for their selflessness.

05:55Then the same logic was voiced, including by Westerners in NATO countries

06:01in relation to those on whom they are allied within various states to carry out coups d'état.

06:10Although then they abandoned them as they abandoned the residents of Afghanistan.

06:20Borel also called for the lifting of all restrictions on Ukraine's use of European

06:24weapons to strike deep into Russian territory. So,

06:31according to the outgoing guardian of the Garden of Eden, Borel,

06:43it must use these European weapons to their full potential. Let me just remind you that all these

06:49people, Borel, Ursula von der Leyen, the White House, Biden, Nuland, Blinken, and so on,

07:03with concern for their bright future, human rights, and democratic procedures.

07:10Now the human factor has disappeared from their rhetoric. Concern for people has disappeared

07:15somewhere. Now their appeals do not say a word about people, about the citizens of Ukraine,

07:22about their rights. Now there is only one so-called Western narrative left, as they say,

07:31formulated in the form of inflicting a strategic defeat on Russia, that's all.

07:36There is no longer any talk about any people in Ukraine.

07:45The crazy idea of allowing terror against Russia was supported by a number of Western

07:49participants in the meeting of foreign ministers I mentioned,

07:53in particular the Netherlands, Poland, France, and, naturally, the Baltic regimes,

08:05for the sake of immediate political bonuses, and in an effort to curry favor and work off

08:10all these grants and handouts, to work off their salaries, which the West gives them.

08:17EU politicians refuse to think sensibly,

08:22farsightedly and in line with their own interests, they are losing touch with reality.

08:27They absolutely do not think about the risks of further dangerous escalation of the conflict,

08:32even in the context of their own interests. It is no longer about Ukraine and its citizens.

08:40They have long forgotten about them. They do not think about themselves, once again.

08:46We would like to warn such irresponsible politicians in the EU and NATO countries,

08:50as well as overseas, in the event of corresponding aggressive steps by the KIV regime,

08:55Russia's response will follow immediately. I think

08:59that you have already seen much of this in recent days,
