02:06In fact, the Kiev regime does not hide its ties with terrorist groups around the world,
02:10in particular, on the African continent and in the Middle East.
02:14We have repeatedly drawn the attention of the international community to this.
02:17In this regard, we note that an increasing number of states are realizing the terrorist
02:22nature of the Kiev regime.
02:23Let me remind you that on March 1, 2022, in accordance with the decree of the President
02:28of Ukraine Zelensky, the so-called International Defense Legion of Ukraine was created and
02:33included in the structure of the armed forces of Ukraine, which included mercenaries, adherents
02:37of extremist ideas and outright terrorists from various corners of the planet, from the
02:42United States, Canada, Britain, to people from the Caucasus.
02:46There are also radical Islamists, members of international terrorist organizations,
02:50including the band ISIS, al-Qaeda and the Caucasus Emirate, the Caucasus Emirate, who
02:54have experience in combat operations against government troops of the Syrian Arab Republic.

03:29The connection of the current Ukrainian authorities with international terrorist organizations
03:33is confirmed by data obtained during the investigation of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall.
03:39Government workers from Central Asia were recruited as perpetrators.
03:44And the preparation and financing of the attack was coordinated via the Internet by members
03:48of the international terrorist organization Islamic State of the Liat Khorasan.
03:52This also proves that the Kiev regime has been cooperating with Islamist radicals for
03:57a long time and using them for its own purposes.
04:02I can also recall the attack by militants on a column of government troops in Northern
04:06Mali at the end of July this year.
04:08Ukrainian officials, in particular, the press secretary of the Main Intelligence Directorate
04:12of the Ministry of Defense Yusov and the Ukrainian ambassador to Senegal Povorov directly stated
04:17their support for organizing this attack, which caused the immediate rupture of diplomatic
04:21relations between Mali and Niger with Kiev.
04:24Information appeared in the Turkish and Syrian press about negotiations between representatives
04:29of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, including
04:33its head Budenov personally, with the terrorist organization Hayat Tahrir al-Sham.
04:37The former Jabhat al-Nusra, regarding the recruitment of militants in the Syrian province
04:42of Idlib to prepare and carry out joint attacks on Russian facilities, it is reported that

04:54All this is yet another piece of evidence of the terrorist nature of Zelensky's regime,

05:10forces of Ukraine and the international terrorist international is absolutely unacceptable.

05:34militarization of the Asia-Pacific region with the support of regional and European

05:39They are actively working to synchronize the actions of key American support instruments
05:44in Asia, the military-political alliances of the USA-Japan, the USA-Japan-Republic of
05:49Korea, the USA-Japan-Australia, the AUKUS alliance, which is the USA-Great Britain-Australia,
05:54with a nuclear component, the USA-Japan-Philippines trio, as well as the Indo-Pacific or Japan-Republic
06:00of Korea-Australia-New Zealand.
06:03And a special place in the American system of so-called extended deterrence is given
06:07to the quadrangle of the USA-Japan-Australia-India, the so-called quad.
06:11The foundation of this structure also includes a power component.
06:14We are talking about regular military exercises and cross-agreements between the participating
06:19countries which are designed to ensure various elements of military, military-technical and
06:24military-political cooperation.
06:26It is quite significant that the process of creating an Indo-Pacific security architecture
06:30in the Asia-Pacific region, close to the United States, has a second component, a
06:34civilian one.
06:35At the same time, they choose directions aimed at the military dimension.
06:40These are initiatives on maritime security, including the initiative to control water
06:44spaces.
06:45These are high-tech baskets, including space and artificial intelligence.
06:49In this series, the efforts of Westerners to link climate with security, which is nothing
06:53more than an attempt to create new opportunities for the implementation of long-standing dangerous
06:58ideas of so-called humanitarian interventions.
07:01It is characteristic that even in the field of health care, priority is given to the creation
07:07of appropriate tools under the control of the Pentagon.
07:09A well-known example is the biological laboratories of the United States deployed around the world,
07:15including in East and Southeast Asia.
