14:45In the Chinese autonomous region of Shizang, previously known as Tibet, amid US accusations
14:51the population positively evaluates the government policies aimed at barring their access to

16:27At that time, aristocrats, local officials and high-ranking lamas in monasteries represented
16:32Only about 5% of the Tibetan population owned almost all of the region's wealth.
16:38The other 95% were feudal serfs and enslaved people.
16:42By 2019, 628,000 people had been lifted out of absolute poverty in the 74 counties mentioned
