00:00In most arrests, the suspect doesn't know their rights, with some corrupt cops who decide to abuse this.
00:06But what happens when cops encounter 200 IQ lawyers who know the law better than they do?
00:12I asked to search the vehicle to verify what you're saying is true, you don't mind?
00:15I do f***ing mind.
00:16And this is just one of five examples when lawyers encounter and destroy corrupt cops,
00:22starting with possibly the most humiliating of them all.
00:26Hi brother.
00:26Hi, how are you?
00:28How long did you get in a crash?
00:30Um, a day or two.
00:32Okay.
00:33The reason I pulled you, you can't have white light emitting back.
00:35What do you mean?
00:36Your tag lights.
00:37They're supposed to illuminate your tag.
00:39Those two white lights, all they're doing is shooting straight back.
00:42You can't have any white light emitting them back.
00:43So far, this cop's reason for the stop is valid.
00:46In the state of Florida, the tag lights are used only for the purpose of illuminating the tag,
00:50and it's considered a traffic violation if they were instead shooting white light.
00:54The officer hasn't necessarily done anything wrong yet, but that would change in a matter of seconds.
01:00Are you a concealed weapons holder?
01:01Any weapons in the vehicle I need to be aware of?
01:02Nope, nothing illegal in the car?
01:04Alright, so after I'm done, if I ask to search the vehicle to verify what you're saying is true, you don't mind?
01:08I do f***ing mind, but it might be because I'm a lawyer.
01:12Okay.
01:13So you know I consented, that's why I'm asking.
01:15Yeah.
01:15So you have nothing in the vehicle?
01:16I have absolutely nothing in the vehicle.
01:18Okay.
01:18And you don't mind confirming that by allowing us to look and make sure there's nothing in the vehicle?
01:22As you can imagine, we hear no all the time as they have nothing and we find stuff.
01:25I am friendly enough to search the vehicle.
01:27Okay, cool. Just hang tight, bro, okay?
01:28Even though the officer attempted to trick his way to search the car,
01:31this lawyer knows exactly what's going on and refuses the search request.
01:35Police officers need to have a probable cause in order to search the car, which the cop didn't have.
01:40So he attempted to manipulate the lawyer and get his consent.
01:44Oftentimes, when being pulled over by a police officer,
01:46people believe that they need to answer every question and agree to every condition.
01:50But even after you've been detained, you have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions.
01:56But if you handle the situation as gracefully as this lawyer did,
01:59you won't ever have to deal with a series of trick questions.
02:03All right, Nichols.
02:05So one, you got to get that fixed, those white lights in the back.
02:08Okay.
02:09If you keep getting pulled like that, you're going to get tickets non-stop.
02:12You understand that?
02:13That border?
02:14Take that border off.
02:16Understand that?
02:18Fix that address.
02:19Just gave me a warning board.
02:21Appreciate it, brother.
02:22The officer realizes he's not getting his way with this lawyer,
02:25so he sends him on his way and things end peacefully.
02:28In this next case, however, the situation becomes much more aggressive
02:32as this lawyer tries to protect his rights.
02:35I don't have to, by law!
02:37I have a Fifth Amendment right!
02:38This district attorney was calmly sitting in his truck waiting to inspect someone's roof
02:43when he was approached by the police.
02:45How's it going, man?
02:47Uh, you live over here, or what are you doing over here?
02:51I got a couple people calling on you.
02:53Okay.
02:54Are they doing something illegal?
02:56Well, no, they're just calling on you, saying that they recognize a truck in the area.
03:00Let's see.
03:02My duty to check and see if you live over here, what's going on.
03:05I live over here.
03:06I'm here for a purpose.
03:07Okay.
03:09All right, you working?
03:10You see you got a ladder in your back, you working somewhere?
03:12Yes, sir.
03:13The situation starts out civil, but it quickly escalates
03:16as the officer asks the lawyer for his identification.
03:19You got a driver's license on you, so I can identify you?
03:22Have I done something illegal?
03:23Well, I'd like to identify you, just know who I'm dealing with, make sure.
03:26Fourth Amendment right, not sure.
03:28Well, if I make a contact with you for a recent suspicion call, like I am right now.
03:32Being suspicious is a misdemeanor, so.
03:35I don't know if you belong over here, you said you don't,
03:37so I don't know if someone over here's got a beep door or something against you,
03:39and if you've got your ID or something.
03:40Did I say I didn't belong over here?
03:41You said you had a purpose.
03:42I don't live over here.
03:43Okay.
03:44Okay, I do belong here.
03:45Okay, all right.
03:47So, that's as far as I'm willing to take it.
03:51So you're not willing to give me your ID?
03:53I don't have any reason to.
03:54Okay.
03:55The lawyer does not have to show his ID
03:57unless he is stopped on suspicion of a crime or traffic violation.
04:01Sitting in his parked truck does not fall into either category.
04:04So if you don't, if you're not from here,
04:07I'm not sure if you are or not, because I don't know who you are.
04:09Okay.
04:10My place right back there, I'm sure you can run in.
04:12Yeah, okay.
04:13So is that how you want me to identify you through your plate?
04:15If that's what you have to do.
04:16Are you the owner of the vehicle?
04:18Do you suspect that I'm not?
04:20I have no reason to believe you are.
04:23Hold on, I'm sitting here in front, in front of my house,
04:26waiting.
04:28For what?
04:28I don't know what.
04:29I'm right here.
04:30Okay.
04:31That's none of your business.
04:32It is my business.
04:33No, it's not.
04:34How, why is it your business?
04:36Because I want to make sure you're not going to break into any of these houses
04:38or anything like that.
04:39Do I look like I have to break into your house?
04:42I don't know.
04:42Do you have a ladder?
04:43That's what I'm trying to ask you.
04:44Do you have a ladder?
04:45Now the cop is starting to get more aggressive.
04:48You can tell that he's upset that the man won't listen to him.
04:50Sometimes cops just expect everyone to do what they say without question,
04:54but this lawyer is not about to let that happen.
04:56You already ran that place.
04:58They gave you the information that you needed.
05:01You can ask them to go ahead and run me through NCIC or...
05:04Do you have a date of birth then?
05:05Because I have to run it with a name and date of birth.
05:07I don't know.
05:08I'm not going to answer that question.
05:10So you're telling me how I should do my job,
05:12yet you're not allowing me to do my job.
05:14I'm standing up for my rights.
05:15And I understand that, like I said.
05:16I haven't done anything wrong.
05:17I'm doing my job, conducting an investigation.
05:20I haven't committed a crime.
05:22I'm sitting here in front of the house, which is perfectly legal.
05:31Well, you're not completely on the roadway there, sir.
05:35Has anybody asked me to move?
05:37Do they have to ask you to move if it's private property?
05:39Okay, but there's also a public easement right here.
05:41Oh, is it public?
05:42Because this is the city of Blanchard Road, so it's a public easement?
05:44No, the side of the road is.
05:46Oh, because this is the city of Blanchard Road.
05:47To therefore make a city easement of the city road, right?
05:49What are you trying to accomplish?
05:51What I'm trying to...
05:51All I want to do, sir, is identify you.
05:53The cop is getting more and more ridiculous.
05:56He's obviously just trying to find any excuse to charge the man with something,
06:00just because he is annoyed with him.
06:01And if that isn't scary enough, it starts to get worse.
06:05I haven't done anything illegal.
06:07Okay.
06:07You understand that by not identifying yourself appropriately,
06:10as requested by the officer, is illegal.
06:13Okay.
06:14Objection.
06:14If that's a secondary charge, okay, I have to be, for you to ID me,
06:19in the state of Oklahoma, okay, I have to be suspected of committing a crime or about to commit a crime.
06:25Well, you are committing a crime. You're trespassing.
06:26Okay.
06:28Somebody has called in that you're a suspect.
06:31Shut up.
06:32Somebody has called in...
06:32First off, you don't tell me to shut up.
06:34I'll tell you what I want to tell you.
06:35Okay, you're not going to tell me to shut up.
06:35Here's the deal.
06:37Somebody called us in.
06:39I don't care how old you are.
06:40You're not going to sit there and tell me to shut up.
06:42It's insane that the officers are being so unprofessional.
06:46They just can't accept that the lawyer is beating them at their own game.
06:50He refuses to back down, no matter what they tell him,
06:53until finally, one of the cops calls another attorney for help.
06:56Hey, what's up, man?
06:57Nothing. Sorry to bother you.
06:58I got a random question for you, though.
07:00I'm dealing with something right now.
07:01So, I got called out to an address for a suspicious vehicle,
07:05and a gentleman's parked in a black pickup.
07:07He's from Oklahoma City, but he won't give me his name,
07:09and tells me he doesn't have to give me his driver's license,
07:10because he's not done anything wrong.
07:12Is that a vehicle?
07:13Well, he's parked right now.
07:14Well, technically, there's no obligation for him to identify himself.
07:17I mean, unless you've got reasonable suspicion that he's a crime.
07:21There's no compelled ID statute in Oklahoma.
07:23I have to think about...
07:24I mean, do you have anything else to suggest
07:26that he might be involved in something illicit?
07:28He asked if he was free to leave, and I said,
07:29no, at this time, I have my emergency equipment activated,
07:32and I'm trying to investigate.
07:33Well, if he was, if you're going to drive away,
07:36absolutely, because I can ask you to leave,
07:37and you can drive it, and he's operating a motor vehicle,
07:41but you don't have a traffic violation test done.
07:43Well, I follow him out of town until I get one.
07:45Even after getting confirmation that he was wrong,
07:48and there's no law requiring the lawyer to identify himself in this situation,
07:52the cop is so petty that he's willing to follow him out of town
07:57until he commits a traffic violation.
07:59Unfortunately, things continue to escalate even more
08:02when the chief of police arrives at the scene.
08:06Huh?
08:08Are you investigating a crime, a possible crime?
08:11Possibly.
08:11Okay, he's obstructing an officer from doing his duty, right?
08:14Okay.
08:15The officers have a legal right to make contact with you based on a call.
08:18And you're obstructing...
08:19I'm not here to listen to you.
08:21I'm here to tell you what's going on, okay?
08:24I don't care if you record me, okay?
08:27We've all got cameras on, this isn't a problem.
08:28Okay, you're obstructing an officer from doing his duty,
08:30so now you're under arrest, unless you want to cooperate, okay?
08:34That's like...
08:35How am I supposed to...
08:36Look, all I'm trying to do, man, if you're a PI, no big deal,
08:39we'll cut out of your hair.
08:40We just gotta... we gotta confirm who you are and make sure...
08:42Okay, but why do I have to answer questions?
08:44I'm here for a legal reason.
08:45You're here doing an investigation and you're obstructing them.
08:48I'm not, I'm just trying to answer questions.
08:50Can I get your date of birth?
08:52You're failing to identify yourself.
08:54You are failing...
08:56You are failing to identify yourself.
08:58Put him in handcuffs.
08:59What law have I done?
09:01Sorry, I'll be right back in a second.
09:03You're in place of investigative detention, okay?
09:06I need to go talk to that neighbor right there.
09:08He has the garage door to let me into the house
09:11so I can get a photograph of the inside of that garage door.
09:15That's all you had to say from the beginning, man.
09:16I don't have to tell you that.
09:18Don't you guys understand what my rights are?
09:20Nobody said you have to tell us that.
09:21What we said is that you have to identify yourself.
09:24You do have to identify yourself.
09:26Trespassing, that's number one.
09:28Okay, sir, to be trespassing...
09:30Keeping Tom for all we know.
09:33Okay, for all we know.
09:35That's right, and in doing that, we have to identify you.
09:38Yeah, we do.
09:40You didn't ask for my identification.
09:42I am not legally required to give it to you.
09:44Except that you are.
09:45No, I'm not.
09:45Shortly after this, the lawyer was released
09:48and no charges were brought against him.
09:50It is only because of his clear knowledge of his rights
09:53that he was able to get out of this position without being arrested.
09:56But in this next case,
09:57the lawyer even has to go up against other attorneys
10:00to make sure that his client is protected.
10:03After being charged with a DUI,
10:05this individual decided to fight against it in court.
10:08As his defense attorney prepared to handle this case in court,
10:10the prosecution questioned an officer involved in the case.
10:14Would you estimate how many DUI stops or investigations you've been a part of
10:18since being with Radcliffe, at least?
10:20Approximately 25.
10:22Okay, just over the past year or so that you've been...
10:24All right.
10:24Now, do you have specialized training in DUI investigations?
10:29No.
10:29No, okay.
10:30Just what they have at the...
10:31At the academy, though.
10:32Yes, just the two weeks of DUI training.
10:35Combining the simple questions with the officer's ability to answer them so easily,
10:39the whole situation starts to seem incredibly suspicious.
10:43Witnesses aren't typically this fluent and relaxed,
10:46which makes the defense approach this cross-examination in a very direct manner.
10:51Officer Sutherland,
10:53did you, prior to your testimony, which began at approximately 3.10 p.m.,
10:58have you had any conversation with the prosecutor?
10:59Excuse me, excuse me.
11:00I can't see the witness.
11:02The prosecution quickly asks defense attorney Larry Foreman to move the podium
11:06right as he asks if the officer had talked to the prosecution beforehand.
11:10Though this could be a genuine request,
11:12it could also be an attempt at throwing Foreman off by interrupting his hard-hitting question.
11:17Sorry, just let me say it one more time.
11:19Have you had any conversation with the prosecutor?
11:29Yes, I have had conversation,
11:31and he made it very clear that we are not to discuss anything that was happening in here.
11:35He doesn't let their request deter him, though,
11:37as he repeats the question incredibly slowly to show just how serious he is about this matter.
11:42The fact that the officer felt the need to clarify that,
11:44though she had spoken with the prosecution earlier,
11:47they hadn't discussed the trial is a major mistake on her part,
11:51as all it's going to do now is make Foreman even more suspicious,
11:54which is exactly what it does.
11:56While you're outside,
12:00how many additional police cruisers arrived on scene?
12:05I don't recall any other cruisers that were on the scene.
12:10I've looked at our dispatch calls for service logs.
12:12I didn't see anybody else call out there,
12:14and we have a very strict policy.
12:16If your boots hit the ground, radio better know where you're at.
12:19And I don't recall anybody else calling out there.
12:21I don't remember seeing any other vehicles in the area.
12:24So it is your testimony to these ladies and gentlemen of the jury today
12:29that there were only two police cruisers at 1204 West Lincoln Trail Boulevard
12:35at three o'clock in the morning.
12:37Yes, that's me.
12:39Thank you.
12:39Do you not recall any other vehicles out there?
12:41While being questioned by the prosecution,
12:43this officer was able to remember a majority of the details that they asked them to provide.
12:48But suddenly, when the defense approaches and starts to ask for specifics,
12:52the officer cannot recall them.
12:54She continuously uses the word recall to ensure that
12:57if it is revealed that she isn't telling the truth about something,
13:00she can simply state that she didn't recall that.
13:03It's a flimsy mechanism,
13:05but she might believe that this ensures her safety
13:07in case the prosecution's case completely falls apart,
13:10which is exactly what Foreman is trying to do here.
13:13So I'd like to discuss very briefly,
13:15you have followed Lieutenant McLeod's SUV as he was leaving, correct?
13:20Yeah.
13:21No.
13:22You were not at the scene where the field sobriety tests were conducted by Mr. Simington.
13:27I showed up after.
13:28It was, I don't know the exact time,
13:31but I stayed behind while he left.
13:34And I had heard his location on the radio,
13:37so shortly after he had began his traffic stop,
13:39I had headed in his direction.
13:42Did you talk to anyone on scene?
13:44On scene?
13:45I think there were some passengers,
13:46but I don't remember what our conversation was.
13:48You don't recall ever saying to one individual,
13:52this is bullshit, pardon my language,
13:54he should fight this, meaning he, Mr. Simington.
13:57No, at no point in time did I say that.
13:59That's all the questions I have, Judge.
14:01As the cross-examination comes to a close,
14:03Foreman makes sure not to give the court too much information at this time.
14:07He doesn't try to dispute her claim that she never made those remarks,
14:10as he doesn't need to at this point in time.
14:12All he does is present that specific statement to the jury
14:15so that it remains in their heads
14:16while he continues to build up to his final bit of evidence.
14:19While the conclusion to this case is not documented,
14:22Foreman has publicly stated that they emerged victorious here.
14:26While the previous cases dealt with somewhat reasonable interactions
14:29between lawyers and police officers,
14:31the case of Beatrice Bijoux involved cops dealing with a completely insane attorney.
14:36I can try and kill you.
14:38That's not going to go well.
14:39Yes, it will go well.
14:41Bijoux was arrested on February 22nd, 2022
14:45after running over four individuals with her car.
14:48But when the police started interrogating her,
14:50she surprised them with her overwhelming confession.
14:54What are my charges?
14:56Probably four counts of aggravated battery and another count of aggravated assault.
15:01Okay.
15:03I attempted to murder that woman.
15:07Well, confer with the state attorney.
15:08They don't want to charge attempted murder right now.
15:13But if you're adamant, you know,
15:16you can always explain that to your defense attorney,
15:18but I'm sure they're willing to.
15:20No, I want the attempted murder charge.
15:22You want the attempted murder charge?
15:24Yeah, because I tried to kill her.
15:26What?
15:28We have, we have, we are documenting.
15:31And I would like to walk out of here right now.
15:34Well, the two don't go hand in hand.
15:37You can't try to kill people and just walk free.
15:42So, we thank you a lot.
15:44I can try and kill you.
15:46That's not going to go well.
15:47Yes, I'm going to kill as many people as I can.
15:50You can already tell from the first interaction
15:52that there's something else going on with Beatrice.
15:54Threatening to kill an officer and as many people as she could
15:58is not something a regular suspect would say, let alone an attorney.
16:02The detective manages to calm her down by offering to charge her
16:05with an attempted murder,
16:06then proceeds to try and figure out what is going on.
16:09We've had a big day today.
16:12One of the things that worried me is someone said that you heard voices.
16:17What, what, can you tell me about that?
16:19Yeah, I've been hearing voices telling me to kill myself
16:22and to kill other people.
16:24I have a gun at my parents' house right now.
16:26Okay.
16:27And my brother took it away.
16:29He put it in a safe.
16:30Okay.
16:32I've been trying to kill myself for quite some time.
16:35I moved to Texas and I tried to kill myself in Texas
16:38and it didn't work.
16:39I tried to shoot myself and the gun didn't go off.
16:41Okay.
16:42And then I tried to do it again.
16:44How long ago is that?
16:48Last year, around April 2021.
16:51The fact that Bijou's feels the need to turn herself in
16:54and express just how unstable she is right now to law enforcement
16:58shows that thankfully she's not too far gone
17:01as she continues to tell her story.
17:03It becomes even more clear just how badly Bijou's needs help.
17:06I got diagnosed with bipolar and schizophrenia.
17:09Okay.
17:10When was that diagnosis?
17:122019.
17:13Okay.
17:13And it ruined my life.
17:15Okay.
17:15I've been in and out of mental institutions.
17:19I think this is the last year was the fourth one
17:23and they locked me up for an extended period of time.
17:27Where are they going to take me after this?
17:30I'm not sure what's going to happen next.
17:34I'm really not sure.
17:36Okay.
17:40I want to take my own life right now.
17:43Oh, that's not good.
17:44I would like to talk to you.
17:47But like I said, when you speak to a doctor,
17:51we're probably going to get you a doctor to talk to at least to start with.
17:58The fact that Bijou's is taking the initiative to get treated for these illnesses
18:02is interesting at this point
18:04as she continues to show how she's completely willing to cooperate with law enforcement.
18:08After spending a long stretch of time trying to make Bijou's feel comfortable
18:11so that they can continue to hear what she has to say,
18:14the investigator starts to get a better understanding of her state of mind.
18:17Your voice has told me to do something to my little niece this morning.
18:21Did you?
18:22Mm-hmm.
18:23Okay.
18:23Can I touch her?
18:25Okay.
18:26You have control over it.
18:30You have to keep control over it.
18:32I don't know what all the answers are.
18:34This is—I'm not a doctor.
18:37I'm not a psychologist.
18:38I'm not a psychiatrist, so I don't know what all the answers are.
18:40But those are the people that can help you at least get to some semblance of normalcy.
18:48Yeah, I thought about killing my little niece.
18:50Yeah.
18:52How would you want to do that?
18:55Do you want me to talk about it?
18:57Okay.
18:57We don't have to talk about that.
18:58Most likely by...
19:03drawing.
19:03Her sudden change from not wanting to talk about her thoughts of killing her niece
19:07and then immediately providing him with an explanation
19:09on how she would have gone through with it
19:11could be a cause for concern,
19:13as if she cannot control her own mind here.
19:15After the interrogation slowly dies down
19:17and the investigator feels content with the amount of information he's received,
19:21he leaves and Bijous is then transported to the local prison.
19:24Beatrice was later charged with attempted first-degree murder,
19:27aggravated assault with a deadly weapon,
19:29and fleeing police.
19:30She pleaded not guilty to these charges
19:32and was later found not guilty by way of insanity.
19:35She was committed to a mental health institution for treatment.
19:38While all previous cases ended peacefully,
19:41the final case of Claire Hall takes a violent twist
19:44and shows what happens when a lawyer thinks she's a lot smarter than she actually is.
19:50Get your hands off me right now!
19:51Oh my God!
19:52Are you fucking kidding me?
19:53Attorney Hall arrived on the scene of an accident she wasn't even involved in
19:57and immediately started interfering with the cop's investigation.
20:00Yeah, the key's stuck.
20:02Okay.
20:03Are you gonna...
20:04Well, so you think he's gonna detain him at the scene or will he just...
20:07Are you...
20:08I'm not, no, no.
20:09I don't come...
20:10It's fine.
20:10It's fine like that.
20:12How many cars are involved right now?
20:14Not mine.
20:14That's mine.
20:15Alright, let's...
20:16We need to get that off the road.
20:17Alright, can we get that into the parking lot?
20:19Yeah.
20:19We'll take care of him, ma'am.
20:20Alright, alright, alright.
20:21How many people are in here?
20:22I'm just gonna tell his father.
20:23Don't...
20:24Okay, well, we're in the middle of the highway.
20:26Okay.
20:27Alright, can you move your car, please?
20:28Yeah.
20:29Thank you.
20:29My man, is your car drivable?
20:31Yes.
20:32Alright, we're gonna get it off to the side of the road, alright?
20:33All I'm saying is I can leave.
20:34I just wanna tell his father.
20:35You don't have to leave.
20:36Just move your car.
20:37Though she is trying to communicate with the teenager's father about the incident,
20:41she is interrupting the officers while they are trying to make sure that they handle this situation correctly.
20:46Quickly, the officers become frustrated with her constant interjections
20:49and decide that they cannot continue to be patient with her.
20:52Is that your mom?
20:53No.
20:54No?
20:55You gotta talk to his father here, why don't you talk to his father?
20:57I'm working.
20:58Can you please go sit in your car?
20:59You have nothing to do with this case.
21:00His father is a minor.
21:01I understand.
21:02I'm an attorney, because he's a minor.
21:03I'm...
21:04You need to tell me, is he gonna be here?
21:05I don't need to tell you anything.
21:07I'm gonna arrest you in a second if you don't get in your car.
21:09Do you understand me?
21:10Are you kidding?
21:10I'm not kidding you.
21:11You are kidding.
21:11You are impeding an investigation right now and you're really bothering me.
21:14Go sit in your car.
21:15I will talk to him in a minute.
21:17Get in your car now.
21:18Tell him, tell him, take it.
21:19No, you do not touch me.
21:21Oh my god, stop.
21:23What are you doing?
21:24Oh my god, stop it.
21:26Are you kidding me?
21:27Knock it off.
21:28You will be...
21:28Knock it off.
21:29No.
21:29Get your hands off me right now.
21:31Knock it off.
21:31Get your hands off me.
21:32Alright.
21:33No.
21:33Yes.
21:34I'm telling you to get your hands off me.
21:35Yes, I do.
21:36Oh my god, are you fucking kidding me?
21:39Stop.
21:40Stop.
21:40No, I'm not stopping.
21:42While many individuals may consider this officer's actions unnecessarily hasty,
21:47he gave Paul multiple opportunities to remove herself from the situation
21:51and even told her that he was going to arrest her if she didn't do so.
21:54But unfortunately, she doesn't.
21:56And ends up having to face the consequences of her actions.
22:00Are you kidding me?
22:01No, I'm not.
22:02You recorded this.
22:04It's recording.
22:05Record it.
22:06I'm wearing a body cam.
22:07Record it.
22:08I understand, but why am I under arrest?
22:11Because you weren't listening to anything that I was saying.
22:14Oh my god.
22:15Get out.
22:15Listen.
22:16Calm yourself.
22:17Alright.
22:18Oh my god.
22:19Okay.
22:19I'm done.
22:20Please.
22:21Can you please.
22:22Take a breather.
22:23No.
22:23You take a breather.
22:24I'm fine.
22:25I'm doing it.
22:26I'm not worried now.
22:27Can you just fucking move my heart?
22:28I'm not being here at all.
22:29I just want to get my heart out.
22:31It doesn't hurt.
22:32I'm stuck.
22:33How about you stop resisting.
22:34I will.
22:35And you let us put you in handcuffs.
22:36My shoulder is dislocated and you're making it hurt.
22:39Well, rescue can move with you.
22:40Yeah.
22:41Oh my god.
22:42Sit up.
22:43Can you please call Bob Barber.
22:44Sit up.
22:45Call Bob Barber right now.
22:46I cannot believe you.
22:47Take this fucking off me right now.
22:49Okay, baby.
22:50I have one in custody disorderly resisting.
22:51Oh my god.
22:52Oh my god.
22:53You gotta be kidding me.
22:54You gotta be kidding me.
22:56Stop.
22:57No.
22:58Stop talking.
22:59No.
23:00No.
23:01This is so ridiculous.
23:02I cannot even believe this.
23:03I can't.
23:04Oh my god.
23:05Let's go put her in my car.
23:06I just wanted to know.
23:08I could tell his father if he was going to the hospital.
23:10I'm not even involved in this.
23:12I can't believe this.
23:13That was our point the whole time.
23:14I cannot believe this.
23:16After calming down, Hall was escorted to the prisoner area of patrol unit 453 where she was secured.
23:22Hall was later charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer, and resisting arrest.
23:27She has since filed a lawsuit against the police department alleging several violations including assault, battery, civil rights violation, and police brutality.
