✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
* Raw mango ( कच्चा आम ) 700 gram
* Water ( पानी ) 500 ML
* mustard oil ( सरसों का तेल ) 2 Tbsp
* asafoetida ( हींग ) 2 Pinch
* Sugar ( चीनी ) 250 gram
* cumin powder ( जीरा पाउडर ) 1/2 Tsp
* ginger powder ( अदरक पाउडर ) 2 Pinch
* hot spices ( गरम मसाला ) 1/2 Tsp
* Kashmiri Lal mirch powder ( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) 2 Tsp
* Salt ( नमक ) 1 Tbsp

00:30Super tasty, tasty red chutney with raw mangoes.
00:41We have taken 700 grams of raw mangoes.
00:45You can take mangoes as per your requirement.
00:49Wash the mangoes properly.
00:52We have already washed the mangoes with water.
00:55Now, we will peel the mangoes properly so that there is no skin on it.

01:16Now, we will cut the pulp on the top and take it out.

02:16If you want, you can make a chutney out of the boiled mangoes.
02:24But, if you boil the mangoes, it will be easier to make the chutney.
02:29Now, we will check the mangoes to see if they have become soft or not.

02:36It took approximately 4 minutes for the mangoes to boil.
02:40Now, we will turn off the stove and let the mangoes cool down.
02:45We have taken out the mangoes.
02:47Now, we will let them cool down.
02:51The boiled mangoes have cooled down completely.
02:54Now, we will grind them in the mixer jar and make a paste.
03:11The paste is ready.
03:14Now, we will make the chutney.
03:17For the chutney, we have taken a kadahi.
03:22We will add 2 tbsp of mustard oil to the kadahi.
03:28When the oil is hot, we will reduce the flame to medium.
03:31We will add the whole spices to the oil.
03:34We will add 2 pinches of asafoetida powder.
03:37We will let it crackle.
03:39When the spices crackle, we will add the prepared paste to it.
03:55We will mix the spices well with the paste.
04:01After 2 minutes, we will add 250 grams of sugar to it.
04:09You can adjust the quantity of sugar as per your taste.
04:16We will mix the sugar well.
04:20Friends, you can also use jaggery instead of sugar.
04:25You can make pickle, lauji, jelly and red chutney with raw mangoes.
