"Learn how to make Singhade ka Halwa, a sweet treat that is perfect for Navratri vrats. This dish will satisfy your sweet cravings while keeping your fasts healthy!"

Ingredients :

1. 1 कप सिंघाड़े का आटा (Singhade ka Aata)
2. ½ कप देसी घी (Desi Ghee)
3. 1 कप चीनी (Sugar)
4. 2 कप पानी (Water)
5. 4 बादाम (Almonds)
6. 4 काजू (Cashews)
7. 25 ग्राम चिरोंजी (Chironji)
8. ½ चम्मच इलायची पाउडर (Cardamom Powder)

Instructions :

1. Finely chop 4 almonds and 4 cashews; set aside.

2. In a pot, mix 1 cup sugar and 2 cups water; boil until the sugar completely dissolves.

3. Once done, turn off the heat and let the syrup sit.

4. In a pan, heat ½ cup desi ghee; add the Singhade ka aata and roast on medium heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

5. Slowly pour the prepared sugar syrup into the roasted aata, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

6. Add the chopped almonds, cashews, and 25 grams of chironji; mix well until everything is combined.

7. Your Singhade ka Halwa is ready to serve! Enjoy this delectable treat during your Navratri vrats to keep your energy up.

00:00Today we are making a recipe which is perfect for fasting
00:04Singhare ka Aate ka Halwa
00:07People make it less but you can't miss its health benefits and delicious taste
00:13So let's explore this unique recipe together and enjoy it

00:27To make super healthy and tasty halwa, we need first of all 1 cup of Singhare ka Aata
00:33Just think, when you get 4 almonds, 4 cashews and some finely chopped pistachios in it
00:40then what an amazing taste you will get
00:43Finely chop all the dry fruits so that their taste melts in every bite
00:50To make the halwa, we will prepare the sugar syrup
00:54For this, we will take a teapot
00:57We have taken a teapot, you can use any teapot available with you
01:02Now we will add 1 cup of sugar
01:04We have taken sugar from the same cup from which we took the flour
01:10And same, we will add 2 cups of water from the same cup
01:20To make the halwa tasty, we will add a little bit of saffron and mix it well
01:26Boil it till the sugar melts
01:34While boiling, this sweet aroma will start spreading in your kitchen
01:38So assume that the sugar syrup is ready
01:41So we will turn off the gas
01:43And we will keep it aside for a while
01:50Now the real fun will start when we will heat 1 cup of clarified butter in the kadahi
02:00As soon as the ghee starts giving that special aroma, we will add the Singhare ka Aata
02:08And we will roast it on medium flame till it turns golden brown

02:17Because as soon as the color of the flour changes, you have to understand that it is ready
