* mustard oil ( सरसों का तेल ) ½ cup
* onion ( प्याज़ ) 4 pcs
* cinnamon ( दालचीनी ) 1 pcs
* clove ( लौंग ) 4 pcs
* big cardamom ( बड़ी इलायची ) 1 pcs
* small cardamom ( छोटी इलायची ) 2 pcs
* caraway seeds ( शाही जीरा ) 1 Tsp
* Bay leaf ( तेजपत्ता ) 2 pcs
* onion ( प्याज़ ) 1 pcs
* garlic ginger paste ( लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट ) 1 Tbsp
* Capsicum ( शिमला मिर्च ) 1 Pcs
* Peas ( मटर ) ½ Cup
* tomato paste ( टमाटर का पेस्ट ) 1 Pcs
* turmeric powder ( हल्दी पाउडर ) ½ Tsp
* rosted cumin powder ( भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर ) 1 Tsp
* hot spices ( गरम मसाला ) 1 Tbsp
* fried rice masala ( बिरयानी मसाला ) 1 Tbsp
