✍ ingredients ( सामग्री ) :-
for motichoor laddu
* gram dal ( चने की दाल ) 150 g
* ghee ( घी ) 250 g
* food colour ( खाने का रंग )
* ghee ( घी ) 1 TBSP
* kewra ( केवरा ) ¾ Drops
for sugar syrup
* sugar ( चीनी ) 1 Cup
* water ( पानी ) 1 Cup
Method to Make Chane se bani motichoor ke laddo: ( In English )
Grind the soaked lentils coarsely in a mixer and mix it well.
To make pakora, pour ghee in a pan.
Shape the batter into pakora and fry it in ghee.
When the pakoras are fried, take them out of the pan and cool them.
After the pakoras cool down, break them into two parts and grind them finely in the mixer.
To make syrup, put sugar in a pan, add water to it or let the sugar dissolve in water.
When the sugar dissolves, reduce the flame of the gas and keep stirring until the syrup becomes sticky.
When the syrup becomes sticky then add pulses and mix.
Once the dal is mixed, add a little food color and mix.
Add 1 spoon of ghee and mix and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
When the dal starts releasing ghee, our mawa is ready. We will turn off the gas and add 2-3 drops of kewra essence in it and cover it.
After 5 minutes you can mix white sesame seeds in it.
Now apply ghee on your hands and shape the mawa into laddu. The laddu is ready.
चने से बनी मोतीचूर के लड्डू बनाने की विधि: ( हिंदी में )
भिगोये हुए दाल को मिक्सर में हल्का दरदरा पिस लेंगे और इसे अच्छे से मिला लेंगे|
पकोड़ा बनाने के लिए एक पैन में घी डालेंगे|
बैटर को पकोड़े का आकार दें और घी में तल लें|
जब पकौड़े फ्राई हो जाएं तब पकौड़े को पैन से बाहर निकाल कर ठंडा कर लेंगे|
पकौड़े ठंडे होने के बाद इन्हें दो भागों में तोड़ लें और मिक्सर में बारीक पीस लें|
चासनी बनाने के लिए एक पैन में चीनी डालेंगे, उसमें पानी डालेंगे या चीनी को पानी में घुलने देंगे|
जब चीनी घुल जाए तो गैस की आंच धीमी कर दें और तब तक चलाते रहें जब तक कि चाशनी चिपचिपी न हो जाए|
जब चाशनी चिपचिपी हो जाएगी तब उसमें दाल डालकर मिक्स करेंगे|
जब दाल मिक्स हो जाए तो इसमें थोड़ा सा फूड कलर डालकर मिलाएं|
1 चम्मच घी डालेंगे और मिलायेंगे और 3-4 मिनिट तक पकने देंगे|
जब दाल घी छोड़ने लगे तो हमारा मावा तैयार है. हम गैस बंद कर देंगे और इसमें केवड़ा एसेंस की 2-3 बूंदें डालकर इसे ढक देंगे|
5 मिनट बाद आप उसमें सफेद तिल मिक्स कर सकते हैं|
अब हाथों पर घी लगाएं और मावा को लड्डू का आकार दें. -लड्डू तैयार है|
