Ingredients :

- 250 ग्राम गेहूं का आटा ( wheat flour) या मैदा (or all-purpose flour)
- 1 टीस्पून अजवाइन (carom seeds)
- 1 टीस्पून कसूरी मेथी (क्रश की हुई) ( dried fenugreek leaves, crushed)
- ½ टीस्पून बेकिंग पाउडर ( baking powder)
- ½ टीस्पून नमक (salt)
- 4 टेबलस्पून रिफाइंड तेल (refined oil) या घी (or ghee)
- पानी (आटा गूंथने के लिए) (water, for kneading dough)
- 3-4 उबले हुए आलू (क्रश किए हुए) ( potatoes, crushed)
- 2 टेबलस्पून सरसों तेल ( mustard oil)
- 1 टीस्पून जीरा ( cumin seeds)
- 1 टीस्पून धनिया पाउडर ( coriander powder)
- 1 पिंच हींग ( asafoetida)
- 2 बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च ( green chilies)
- 2 बारीक कटी प्याज ( onions)
- 1 टेबलस्पून लहसुन-अदरक पेस्ट (garlic-ginger paste)
- 2 टेबलस्पून बेसन ( gram flour)
- 1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च ( red chili powder)
- 1 टीस्पून भुना जीरा पाउडर (roasted cumin powder)
- 1 टीस्पून चाट मसाला ( chaat masala)
- 1 टीस्पून हल्दी ( turmeric powder)
- 1 टीस्पून आमचूर (dry mango powder)
- 1 टीस्पून गरम मसाला ( garam masala)
- 1 टेबलस्पून पाव भाजी मसाला (pav bhaji masala)
- 1 टेबलस्पून अचार का तेल ( pickle oil)
- 1 टेबलस्पून कसूरी मेथी (क्रश की हुई) ( dried fenugreek leaves, crushed)
- कटी हुई हरी धनिया (chopped fresh coriander)
- तेल (तलने के लिए) (oil for frying)
