5 टमाटर (Tomatoes)
2 टेबलस्पून सरसों का तेल (Mustard Oil)
1 टीस्पून नमक (Salt)
2 कटी प्याज (Chopped Onions)
2 हरी मिर्च (Green Chilies)
1 टीस्पून नींबू का रस (Lemon Juice)
1 टीस्पून जीरा पाउडर (Cumin Powder)
1 टीस्पून चाट मसाला (Chaat Masala)

00:23So let's make tomato special chutney.
00:31Ingredients
00:33For making tomato special chutney, we have taken 5 pieces of red tomatoes.
00:38First of all, we will wash the tomatoes with water.
00:42After washing the tomatoes, we will clean them with a towel so that there is no water on the tomatoes.
00:54After cleaning the tomatoes, we will cut them into two parts.

01:07We have taken a frying pan to cook the tomatoes.
01:10Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the frying pan.

01:23And put the chopped tomatoes one by one in the oil.
01:29Sprinkle a little salt on the tomatoes so that they become soft.

03:07Add 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder.
03:11Add 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder.
03:15Add 1 teaspoon salt.
03:17Add salt as per your taste.
03:21Now mix everything well.
03:26We have mixed the chutney well.
03:28To make the chutney more tasty, we will make the tempering.
03:32To make the tempering, add 2 tablespoons mustard oil in a pan.
03:36Heat the oil.
03:41When the oil is hot, add 5-6 garlic cloves.
03:45We have taken crushed garlic.
03:47You can also use finely chopped garlic.
03:49Let the garlic turn brown.
03:53Now we will make the tempering on the chutney.
04:01Add some chopped coriander leaves.
04:05Mix the chutney well.
04:09We have mixed the chutney well.
