Kashmiri Mooli Ki Chutney is an authentic Kashmiri recipe, which is usually served as a side dish with meat, gravy and tastes good with starters. It is originally called Mouj-e Choute, Muje te Doon Chetin or Mujj Chatin in Kashmir.

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
- 2 Raddish(grated)

Ingredients for Dry Raddish Chutney:
- 1/2 tsp Kashmir Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder

Ingredients for Curd Raddish Chutney:
- 1 Green Chilli(chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
- Salt
- Walnuts(crushed)
- 4-5 tbsp Curd
- Coriander Leaves(chopped)

Method for Dry Raddish/Mooli Chutney:
1. Take grated radish and squeeze out all the excess water
2. Now, add Kashmiri red chilli powder over it, along with salt, cumin seed powder and mix it all together

Method for Curd Raddish/Mooli Chutney:
1. Take grated radish and squeeze out all the excess water
2. Now, add chopped green chilli over it, along with cumin seed powder, Salt, crushed walnuts, curd, chopped coriander leaves and mix it all together
